Do not use blue circle. Arrived at 1250, called…. Waited…. And waited… and waited….. Finally found a rep, not in any uniform…. Rep called to say car on way…. Waited….. waited…. Over an hour later car finally arrived…. Rep said it would take 15 minutes….Others waiting as well, lied to as well, told car on way, had app that told where car was and it was still in -parking lot.
