“Easy to navigate to and there was a operator to direct where to park. The reason for 4 star the parking spaces between the cars a bit to tight.”

“Seemless process with no hassle at all. Everything is straightforward & easy to understand, giving us peace of mind at the start of our holiday. Directions were excellent & overall good value for money. Issues on return with the passport fast track as the barcodes weren’t recognised & the main passport queue moved quicker than the fast track - real waste of money.”

“Easy to drop off, very friendly helpful staff. Bit of a wait for a bus at night on our return which was a slight inconvenience and then locker didn't work properly to get the key until the 4th attempt. Will use again though, no problem.”

“Everything went well, the hotel is comfortable and food good and reasonably priced. Parking is safe and straightforward and the shuttle service is simple and efficient, just remember to keep the contact number to hand when you land. Very cost effective and well organised. Would definitely recommend.”

“Excellent set up. Clearer instructions on where to find you rather than on just one small detail. So many of the numerous confirmations just had a postcode but if they all could have instructions on where to actually go would have reduced stress.”

“We all really enjoyed our time in the lounge. It's the perfect start to a getaway. We were traveling early in the morning so they were serving breakfast. The food was good. Even the scrambled eggs which can be hit and miss from a buffet. I think its very good value. We will definitely be back again.”
