We were really happy with the service provided by Holiday Extras. The hotel was great, but unfortunately the Meet and Greet part of the package, with Blue Circle, wasn't great. We arrived at Terminal 5 to drop off our car, but was told our details were at Terminal 4. This was despite putting all the flight details in when booking and stipulating BA, who always fly from Terminal 5. We had to have another card written out, which wasn't too bad. However on our return and already being delayed a hour from Copenhagen, we had to wait over another hour for our car to be delivered to the short stay car park. This was totally unacceptable. It was cold and we were very tired. When we did ask where our car was, we were just told there was a delay and we just had to wait. They couldn't tell us where our car was and they didn't seem too bothered either. I definitely would say the Meet & Greet part of this package is what let this booking down.

Trying to depart the car park I was asked to pay the sum of £205 to get out. Despite having prebooked I couldn’t understand the request. I was told that it was because I used a disk to get out - a disk I was issued with when I arrived. Will be reluctant to use them again. I know it was eventually sorted but when you have a load of cars behind you waiting to get out it isn’t very clever.

Very disappointed as booked purple parking for Heathrow T2. Our flight got delayed due to ice at Zurich and when we arrived we were told the buses had stopped running. There was never any mention that the buses weren’t 24 hours when checking the car in or at booking. £22 for a cab … beware

The hotel was absolutely fine, suited us perfectly for a night before a trip and was both clean & tidy… the parking however is a great system in theory, but it doesn’t work all that well. When arriving, you have to call the desk for blue circle (which we did) but they weren’t great at directions… when we finally did find them, they didn’t have our details and all new cards needed to be written out. He then offered to move our car before we returned, due to arriving at a different terminal. This idea was great until we arrived home, and our car wasn’t there. We’d just got off a 6 hour night flight, and had to wait 45 minutes for our car to be brought over to where we were waiting. It sounds like a great idea, and could work well if they knew what they were doing.

We had no problems with getting back to airport when we were coming home but the transfer from the airport to hotel was a joke. The driver spoke no English and had no idea where our hotel was. Thanksfully I had been before so when he went passed the junction on the motorway I knew we were in trouble. We then had to persuade him to turn around and thereafter direct him via my husband google map on how to get there. We wasted time and I hate to imagine what time we would have arrived if I had not been there before. It was a bad start to a great holiday.

Taxi failed to turn up on return to Southampton airport. My formal complaint has not been investigated after 10 days! But perhaps you have had many complaints.

Car took 40+ minutes to arrive. I called on the plane as I didn’t have any bags and got to the car park after 25 minutes and had to wait another 15 before the car arrived. Not a great service

we landed at Dublin airport and struggled to loacte our driver. He phoned us to say he was at the cafe near exit. We arrived there, lots of drivers standing holding names up , looking for their passengers. Couldnt spot ours, phoned him again , he was nearby but not where all the others were and wasnt holding a name card, so was difficult to spot him! We were expecting the driver to be hlding a card with our name on, like the others, that was quite stressful. Then he marched off ahead of us, leaving me , my 80 year old mother and teenage son, to struggle to keep up with him, with case etc, had to tell him to slow down for my Mam, quite rude of him to march off i thought. Very dissapointing as its not a cheap service. probably just get a taxi in future.

For the price and customer service experience, Meet & Greet is pretty rubbish. Basic instructions aren’t clear and what’s described doesn’t happen or simply doesn’t exist. You’re left driving around looking for Holiday Extras signs that aren’t there, eventually you find a random guy who’s constantly on his phone behind a temporary desk with others doing the same, he’s not that friendly and doesn’t listen to you. Coming back was better. Overall not really worth the cost. I wrote and told Holiday Extras all this and of course got a reply saying nothing to do with them and my own fault if anything had happened. Nice huh?

Waited 50 mins for the transfer bus after landing. 3 jet parks 3 buses came and went in that time though. The third jet parks 3 bus driver kindly called to get it there. Not what you want when you’ve been travelling all day

Although the price was good it was a nightmare finding a space it took twenty minutes and was only when we spotted someone leaving. We had to carry our cases down/up badly lit steps to/from the bus stop. Had we of known this we would have paid more for a more convenient parking space.

We usually book airport parking with Holiday Extras and are not usually disappointed. However, on this occasion there was only 1 bus operating from the car park to the airport terminal so it meant a build of people standing waiting at the bus stop and worrying about missing their flight. Hopefully this was a one-off as the service is normally efficient and issue free.

Plaza Premium T5 departure lounge was overcrowded, very noisy and seating was uncomfortable with a limited range of food and drink. Did not represent good value for money even with the 10% discount applied to the booking. Will not be using again.

Barriers wouldn't lift to access long stay 2 car park East Midlands after booking online. No answer on intercom so had to take a token for short stay. Dreading getting out thinking further payment would be needed, don't need that extra stress on holiday. On return barriers wouldn't lift to exit. However very nice lady answered intercom and confirmed we had booked and cancelled the token for us. Also when at the bus stop the signs said buses every 20 minutes and online booking states buses every 10 mins. Disappointing.

I thought I would be met and greeted on arrival not wondering around a very large car park. I was travelling on my own and on return I was wondering around the car park at midnight trying to find my car!!!! Not embarrassed I expected.

I believe the price I paid for 2 of us was not worth the hot food, that was presented. I booked for 5am, thinking it would be hot, fresh however it was Luke warm, greasy and not as nice as it was prior Covid. There was only 1 tea machine working, with so many making more than 4 cups of hot drink at a time. Not a good experience on this occasion. Toilets were also out of order. Far too expensive for what was on offer.

We left our car in the designated Drop and Go with no problem in Terminal 3 which was perfect for our outbound flight with Ryanair. When we returned however as the flight had been delayed by 1hour 24 mins we realised we were in Term 1 (apparently this terminal was closed as it was late landing - thanks Ryanair) - that we thought was no big deal and we set off and walked through the various buildings - as directed by the airport signage - tp get toterminal - but where was the drop and go depot - we walked around a bit - this was 02:30 and we are both in our 70s) -both getting fatigued and eventualy we were directed to the drop and go office we coulnt get there directly as there are pedestrian barriers everywhere - not good - tired heart pumping dragging cases - we picked up keys OK and then went into car park to find our car which was 10 rows away from entrance - we didnt think we signed up for this sort of service
