Couldn't find a disabled parking space, spent over 20 minutes trying to find a space then when I did find one it wasn't big enough for me to open my door (disabled, needed door to open wide) then when I return the car behind me parked in my space behind leaving no room for me to get into the boot with my case, the cars both sides were parked on my lines again leaving me little room to get into my car

The staff are rude & unhelpful, I then returned to my car to see the hand brake had not even been pulled up. Posted a complaint through the holiday extras app and I have heard nothing. Will not be using this parking service again.

I've used Jet Parks 3 a lot over the last few years but during the last few times I've used it i have noticed the time waiting for a bus is getting longer and longer.

Pick from the airport was poor. Having phoned and given our registration number as requested, the minibus turned up and only took 2 small groups leaving half empty. The next bus eventually came and it was a "free for all". People pushing to try and get on. Took about an hour for us to get our car, should have been about 15 mins. We will not use that Luton Airport Parking again.

The overnight stay at Hilton Gatwick was excellent but we will never use Cophill parking again. It was a shambles. Very tasty 'office' and very ubrupt staff. On our return we ran and were told the pickup bus was coming now. One hour and several phone calls later the bus arrived but the driver was arguing on the phone with the office and we were waiting another 15 minutes. We have used different companies in the past but we will never use this shambles again

I arrived at the car park and it didn’t recognise my registration as on the confirmation . They let me in after a while and told me there was no registration plate on the booking . I had the same problem leaving and it was embarrassing ,

Parking, was miss directed to the wrong location, was told to go from T4, to hotel. Took over 2hours to collect car! Car collection occurred 12.20am, my wake to catch flight was 5.30am, so hardly worth book hotel, parking package. Took one out to return car on arrival. Blue Circle mews the parking service. Asked for refund….

Original car park I booked was over booked. Had to drive for 35 mins around the alternative car park that was offered (nearly an hour trying to park) making us rush for our flight

Good: Helpful staff at drop & go. Bad: My car was filthy dirty; it looked like it had been driven through a farmers field with mud spay covering both sides of the car.

M&G at terminal 3 was outside which wasn’t good for my elderly mother in a wheelchair. M&G at terminal 3 was hard to find.

I have always had meet and greet at Stanstead Airport which has been great but this time I flew from Gatwick and it was hard work. Once you get to the airport there are hardly no signs showing you where to go or stop. Then you have to phone while on a double yellow line for someone to come to the car and drive it away because there is no office or drive in.

Dreadful meet and greet experience with Blue Circle Parking at LHR T4 - avoid at all costs. However, Holiday Extras have been in touch quickly and efficiently to discuss the situation and arrange compensation so I will book with them again. I will be telling everyone I know not to use Blue Circle though.

No vehicle was available for us upon arrival in Rome. The local provider said there was a strike and Holiday Extras were told of this before we left the UK. Cost me an extra 50 euros. Not the best start to our holiday.

Great hotel good location hoppa bus pass didnt work either way had to pay for a taxi instead luckily Kerry was on hand to sort things out tge bus company said the driver was at fault going out but sane thing happened coming back

The hotel was excellent and the parking was straightforward. Unfortunately, we chose the hotel so that we could use the transfer to Heathrow Terminal 5. However, the hotel no longer organised transfers so we had to pay for an expensive private taxi. We were not clearly informed that the transfer no longer existed.

Arrival at Luton airport was a difficult and stressful experience. Departure was better but still not good customer service from our return driver. We were two vehicles booked as large vehicles and used the 51°52'55.9"N 0°23'13.9"W reference in google maps within our car to drive on which we full expected would take us directly and smoothly to the car park. Not so, the Google directions ran out at the Holiday Inn Express Island (maybe our fault we don't know) and we ended up driving towards the main airport entrance and trying to get help from several orange clad operatives looked at our booking and stated yes carry on so we did and we ended up completely lost in the multi story next to the fire damaged carpark with jobs worth's not allowing us to turn around and avoid going into the multi storey with us trying to explain we were in the wrong place and being told, yes you are in the right place. So infuriating as the carpark operatives had less of a clue than we did!!!! Very stressful and time consuming to get back to where we needed to be as the multi storey was mayhem. Once we did find the carpark by following the postcode and not Google maps link in our confirmation we were ushered to the normal carparking spaces and not the large vehicle section. With time starting to stack up against us and with two small children we parked in very tight spaces and not where we had paid to be. I ended up accidentally leaving a window open on my vehicle because I was following instructions on parking my Defender in such a tight space. Having said all this the car park were very good dealing with the open window with a sheet of plastic, thank you. The coach to and back from the airport was very good with the driver taking us to the airport very helpful and the one on our return not helpful at all he just sat in his cab and did not help with baggage or the rear doors. We can smile about it now but our advice is double check your directions and instructions and if you have booked a large vehicle shout you have on arrival and avoid the mess we got into.

Meet and greet on arrival was great, very easy to find and parked the car straight away, handed over our keys was great. On the way home we called the number 20 minutes before to let them know we had landed and didnt have any luggage, we was told they would have our car waiting, that was a lie, no one had even looked t collecting our car from the secure car park, we even had to prove through our phone we actually called the number and spoke to someone. After waiting an extra half an hour outside in the cold not ideal when tired from the flight and lots of nagging at the staff asking where our car was (giving us lots of attitude i might add) we eventually got our car. We paid a premium for meet and greet so we wasn't waiting around for shuttles etc and we ended up waiting longer on meet and greet for our car. Not happy at all and this has happened to us twice on the return. We gave flight details so all cars due to land should surely be waiting for us.
