“Started with Friendly informative staff in reception on arrival . Room clean and spacious. Had dinner in the Sports Bar . Good food and good value. Car parked easily in Hotel Car park and easy cab ordered from easy to use electronic booking system in Reception area Would definitely recommend and will use again”

“Very easy to find & only 5 mins walk to the Departure area. I was lucky to park really near the entrance/exit. I would definitely use it again.”

“The car parking was easy and straightforward. The hotel was basic but fine and had everything that we needed for our short stay. The bed was up against the wall which meant climbing in and out at the end for me which was a bit awkward in the night but I'm relatively young so it wasn't a big problem for me”

“Perfect in every way! Easy to drive to (from Leeds). Warm welcome at reception (and nice upgrade because the hotel was quiet, thank you). Shopping centre in walking distance (in case you forgot any last minute things), wanted other food options or just wanted to stretch your legs post drive. Great service at the bar. Car parked at hotel for duration, didn’t require our keys, so we had a speedy get away after we arrived back from our trip AND car was in the same condition as when I left it ( did not look like it had been dragged through a pine tree forest, take note, Crowne Plaza, Manchester!!).”

“Midnight collection: driver dumped keys and vanished – no inspection possible. Car reeked of burnt clutch, smell awful with engine on. Lost power, gears slipped all the way home – unsafe, kids felt sick. Clearly driver abused cold engine. Holiday Extras refused to investigate because it wasn’t reported “on site” (impossible due to rushed handover). No mileage check, no CCTV, just “contact police or go through insurance”. Same operator wrecked my brother’s Audi Q7 the next day - £1,500 repair bill and zero support. Did not even give a refund Avoid completely!!”

“Meet and greet is the best option when it comes to airport parking! Drive up. Car is recognised. Park up. Give key to reception. On return collect keys and be told exactly where the car is parked - a few meters from the terminal! What’s not to like!!”
