“First time using Edinburgh airport, parked in long stay car park and turned out was wrong one! charged £190 for a week after already paying £50 for parking!! no help or understanding from staff.”

“The Delta Hotel is excellent. Room fresh and clean with all we needed. We parked our car at the Hotel and had access to a shuttle bus to the airport. The staff were all very pleasant and professional. Will definitely be using Delta again.”

“We continue to return here,fair prices,well managed site,easy to locate,staff efficient,texted up to date information. Bus times could be sent via text,we waited at 30 bus stop 25 minutes and its always cold. We are senior citizens and struggle to get our cases in and out luggage racks,drivers could wait little longer as they always rush.”

“No problem getting in car park bus waiting to take us to Terminal. On return bus was there ready to deliver us back to office pick up keys then bay number and barrier lifts and off we go home.”

“easy to book got to airport, barrier lifted & same on return. No messing whereas other people seemed to be turning around & leaving as though they couldnt get on because car park was full. Was only about £10 extra from other carparks too”

“It was very easy to book our requirements. The accommodation was very good and the car parking service was also very good. How a couple of minor points to mention a) Instructions to find the car park could be improved and b) On arrival back in Edinburgh our pickup point was unavailable due road works , it would have been helpful to have been advised of a new pick up point. A quick telephone call sorted matters out.”

“Really easy to book for airport car parking at Liverpool airport. Remembers my car registration details from a previous booking. Very quick to enter and find a space, and exit without issues. Offered fast track security at the airport which we booked and flew through security with ease,”

“Very efficient airport carpark. Easy to use- no need to hand in keys or even a ticket, barrier opened automatically on arrival and departure. Bus arrived fairly promptly.”
