“The transfer from airport to hotel was quick and really good. However, can not say the same for the way back. We booked a premium shared shuttle and when we booked we were told transfer time was 20-30 mins. We were picked up half an hour late and then the driver went to about 5 other stops and was continuously going back on himself to get to each hotel, in total we got to the airport an hour and a half after our original pick up time. This was frustrating as the first transfer had been so good and we used them last year and never had this problem so hopefully was a one off.”

“A very good option if you’re using Edinburgh Airport. The car park is well signposted and close to the airport. The shuttle buses run every 10 minutes or so and drop you really close to the terminal. FYI the cost was reasonable, a nice touch is as you approach the barrier to the car park your name is displayed on the ticket screen which helps settle your nerves you’ve got the right car park- definitely will Holiday Extras again.”
