“All booking done very easily. Information about our booking arrived 2 weeks before hand as expected.”

“Well they haven't. I submitted a review of our last booking, raising a number of issues with the property. I hadn't heard back so sent an email asking an update and have still had no response. Issues were: Outside seating broken No fire pit as listed Leaking waste pipe from kitchen sink Leaking shower in the en suite Broken drawer in living room cupboard Broken drawer in bedroom dressing table Fridge and freezer in need of defrosting Mail for the owner lying around Radio in kitchen doesn't work 'Dog friendly' not even a water bowl provided Blocked guttering Scottish water turned up at the property asking where the septic tank was as they were there to empty it I am still waiting for any kind if acknowledgement of tge feedback or email that I have sent. I do have pictures and video but it won't upload them.”

“The Linhe apartment was cosy and in a good location for Oban Fort William and Glencoe Dogs loved it We did raise a couple of problems which we have not heard back from owner Toilet seat not secure ..no shaving point or tooth brush charger .. not spoiling holiday but need sorting .. also this is the first time we had no welcome to the cottage and no response from mobile given ….”

“I would have loved to have gone on our holiday but I was too poorly to travel we were very disappointed that a big firm like yourselves didn’t even give us a small refund as no electric etc was used it pays to be nice ! Or even something of a holiday in the future very disappointed to say the least was a lot of money to loose at our age !”

“Cottage well stocked with everything you need. Bed so comfortable i slept like a top. Do feel like the whole place needed an update, new cushions etc. Also feel it could benefit from a bigger shower, a grab rail over the bath and new toilet seats and toilet roll holders ect. Did enjoy the week though.”

“They loooed into my complaint quickly and throughly however o feel it’s not great that the contract is between owner and guest as we asked for compensation for the issues faced and obviously owner didn’t want to even though they accepted the issues happened. We also tried leaving a review and it was removed”

“Easy web site to find a holiday let. The Coach House was excellent and the owners were very helpful. It was situated in a good location for touring about Yorkshire. I would definitely recommend it but you do need a car due to its location.”
