“We had a fabulous stay at the two cottages, both enclosed by a pretty courtyard and large garden. Pristine inside and out, cosy, beautifully furnished and a haven of peace and quiet in pretty Little Walsingham. Finishing touches included a scrumptious basket of goodies (thank you Chris and Julia!) Close to an excellent farm shop and wine shop, pubs and, of course the majestic north Norfolk coast.”

“Cottage was a good standard but had lots of stairs , which I didn't expect. The address given for the cottage was wrong, it should be The Nook, Embleton Cottage.”

“Beautiful cottage, very clean with everything we needed. The lady who looks after it was very helpful. Instructions to find it very easy. Just one thing would have helped. Blinds on the lounge patio doors and windows as they faced south.”

“Guillemot Constantine Bay. Very tired and in need of a total upgrade. Glazing blown in windows carpets dirty not cleaned well enough When we arrived the garden had 8 piles of dog poo had to ring and complain. Someone did come but really not good enough at all. Would not recommend this property in its current state”

“We had a wonderful stay at Forest Cottage. Our host Tanya was friendly and helpful in both the planning of our stay, on arrival and during. This was our 50th wedding anniversary and Forest Cottage was large enough to accommodate 14 humans and two dogs in spacious comfort”

“We have used holidaycottages.co.uk for a few of our holidays in the south West. Very easy to book and lovely accommodation each time. Saltwhistle Beach has been our favourite so far. Very clean and well equipped and wonderful location. We shall book again.”

“Once again the stay at Owl Cottage was quiet, tidy/efficient, and very relaxing. An excellent respite from the normal hustle and bustle of Keswick (though nice in its own way) and a welcome landing place after long days on the hills! Our favorite place to stay in the Lake District and we plan to return again in the future!”

“Beautiful flat with a gorgeous garden and views Lovely owners.However it needs to be made clear that the access to the property is very steep with several deep steps followed by steep slopes!It really isn’t suitable for people with mobility difficulties or disabilities as both myself and my husband have Such as shame that we shall be unable to visit again”

“Plenty of room for the whole family for our Golden Wedding anniversary. The grandchildren loved their rooms at the top of the house, and we loved our "best" room too! The cinema room was a hit as was the hot tub. Unfortunately the weather was wet a lot of the time, so we didn't use the pizza oven or BBQ. Lovely scenic setting.”
