“The Lily Pad was disappointing, definitely needed some good TLC. Absolutely not a 4 star accommodation as listed, at best a 3 star. Made our reviews clear when we returned on the 2 forms we received but unfortunately no response back from Holiday Cottages or from the owner. If the owner charges a £1,000 per week it needs to be greatly improved, would not return or recommend to anybody.”

“Very good service, everything was explained clearly, and I even received several emails about it. The payment process was very simple, and there was plenty of time to cancel. Everything was worded in a friendly manner and made me look forward to the holiday. However, I find it a shame that there was no response to my review of the accommodation at Ramsgate Royal Sands Apartments, as I did not give this apartment a good review. I would have liked to have received a follow-up enquiry so that improvements could be made.”

“I booked a large house for a family event, I had to pay £500 on top of the thousands for the house rental to cover any damages. We left at 10am on Monday 15th Sep. I expected my £500 to be returned by the end of the week. It took till Friday 26thto get back in my account. That was after contacting them 3 times though chat bot on the web page, no phone number available. No excuse for not retuning my money very poor service. Will not use again.”

“Clair, and Ian are first class hosts, the cottage at Ribble valley view is very clean and has everything you need for a great stay. It has a Wonderful quiet location where you can relax and forget about the humdrum of every day life. We would recommend the cottage if you have dog as there are plenty of walks in the area.”

“Excellent cottage and great base for exploring the local area. Local Pub, Restaurants and shops nearby within 5 min walk. Very clean and comfortable cottage. Great to find a pint of milk in fridge for a cuppa after a long journey. Would def recommend.”
