This accommodation was ideal for a family holiday. It’s especially good for children and the owners who live on the farm are such lovely people. They are great with children letting them feed and collect the chickens eggs.

'Furtherfield' in Reedham, Norfolk was as described on the website. Beds were comfortable, it had everything you could require. a pleasant house to return to. The only thing I would say is that more could be made of the very large garden. Re. holidaycottages website, it would be helpful if there were somewhere to make a direct review of a property, i.e. on each property's page; it is a little impersonal on the general website.

I’ve already done a review after our stay in Peartree cottage July/Aug & have had no response from Holiday cottage's or from the owners.

The cottage was lovely good location. The only complaint I have is that it was not very clean. The bathroom in particular was very dirty with lots of cobwebs all over the windows and a dirty hairy floor dirty plates in the cupboard under neath clean ones. And a lot of pigeons poo in the fireplace and dusty cupboards.

Easy to select a home and make the payments. Clear joining instructions were provided. Stayed at Oak Tree Cottage on a holiday park. Good access to beach and a useful small shop on site. Only gripe is that the house is a 5 bed but only four sets of placemats and coaster provided, and kitchen table was too small to seat five people. Would have preferred a door on the loo, to allow two people to use bathroom at same time.

Otters pocket was the cottage we have been to. There was everything in the cottage you could want. Welcome box towels washing up liquids toilet rolls games even had a baby monitor. The best stocked up cottage we have been at would recommend it to anyone. Even had a shower outside to shower our dog.

Lovely cottage in good location. But it wasn't clean - the kitchen was dirty. The down stairs windows are screwed shut which means you can't air the house and it had a damp smell.

A gorgeous little cottage with beautiful high quality fixtures and fittings. Everything from the fabrics to the oven trays! Lovely hosts, who made us and our whippet very welcome, a splendid view and a comfy bed. We’ll be back.

Walking up to the lodge straight away it looked dirty, there were cobwebs everywhere ( which isn't a big problem as it nature but these were old cobwebs with all dirt and dead leaves caught in them) windows were dirty, and old bird droppings over decking and door (which again not bothered as there was a bird nest above door with a family of house martins in but a broom would of been handy). Then when entered the lodge it was such a let down with how dirty it was, I spent 3 hours cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, no mater how much cleaning I did the bathroom smelt of stale urine, which I assume was old urine getting under flooring, we struggled to stay in Lodge with the hygiene issues and the smell coming from the bathroom, so used lodge just as a base, it costed us a lot of money just to be disappointed especially as when I arrived I had to clean whole kitchen and cooking equipment which was was disgusting as had old food and grease stuck to them, I had to get husband to lift microwave as there was old food and bread crumbs under it, I bought a lot of cleaning products, the microwave was full off old splattered food which I scrubbed, was so gutted as it just set the mood for the rest of stay which was not a good one, I carnt believe that the lodge had been cleaned. we found not very dog friendly as the lodge had carpet in the main living area and the hoover didn't work to keep on top of dog hairs also depending on size of your dog it can squeeze through spindles of the so called enclosed decking or jump over, so had to keep taking ours out on lead to go to loo and they couldn't stay on decking area to enjoy the lovely view of the lake and to watch the swans and their babies, so very sad we had so many issues, the WiFi password on the back of the WiFi box isn't the right password so had to contact cottage holidays via messages. Beautiful park though and friendly staff who work very hard, I don't normally complain but it was not cheap to stay at lodge and was a first holiday for my son and girlfriend, still not had any response from owner of my last response. Would be very reluctant to use company again, wish would of taken photos.

Warren Roost overlooks the Exe estuary & is surrounded by fields. Lots of sparrows by our balcony & watched bats flying from the window of our accommodation. Lovely studio flat which was well kitted out. There’s a cycle route along the estuary which we used for walking. A ferry crosses the estuary from Starcross to Exmouth. The railway station at Dawlish Warren means that you can travel along the coast to Teignmouth & beyond. We’ll definitely return.

We had the best time at Town End Farm. The cottage was comfortable and simply but beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful panoramic view of the Dale's from the living room and patio. The Farm Shop and cafe onsite were a great bonus. We loved it.

Easy booking process. Email updates provided. However, I required some information regarding additional parking and none was forthcoming. It would have been helpful if some effort to source the information was made.
