“Very easy booking process and so far , I’ve booked a couple of times everything has been excellent . I made a request which was dealt with efficiently and with out question.”

“Easy to book, quality accommodation. I had to change the booking several times due to sudden family health issues, although there was an admin charge which is quite high from holiday cottages, the process was simple to make a change and the owner was really helpful in accommodating the changes.”

“Easy to book, perfect, dog friendly accomodation. Used this site several times.The Old Post Office, Denholm, Hawick is one of the best self catering cottages I've stayed in.”

“Holiday cottages were easy to contact and after booking the cottage online for 1 person and 1 dog instead of 4 people were very quick to make the changes on my behalf. Dugdales Cottage is a wonderful place to stay for a winter getaway very nicely designed and decorated and only 2 minutes stroll from The Golden Lion. Lovely stay.”

“It was winter , we are seniors, and we were a bit bothered about the late admission time. I spoke to one of your customer service chaps who arranged with the owner to bring the arrival time to 12.00. We were very grateful. Our only concerns for future bookings are having to pay the full amount with no insurance in case of illnesses etc.”

“Really enjoyed staying there . Lovely cosy house close to town and beach and extremely well equipped. Would have like 2 sets of keys but that is just a minor point.”

“It’s horrible. It’s dated. It needs a deep clean and the housekeepers need sacking for leaving it in such a state. There was black mould in the kitchen bin. There were dirty bits in the utility drawer,dirty cups chipped cups, towel rail hanging off the wall, broken bin in the bathroom. No smoke alarm no carbon monoxide monitor. The list goes on.”

“Good experience, easy booking, good regular communication prior to the holiday date. Arcadia was a lovely warm flat with everything in that we needed. Great location to Keswick and a bonus bit had its own parking space. Would use again.”

“We had the best experience. A smooth & easy booking process. russets Barn was perfect having everything we needed the views of the surrounding countryside were very pretty & lots of birds & wild life. So peaceful & fabulous owners. Great welcome package too. We loved it we will be back & would definitely recommend”

“What a lovely place! The Granary was just as described. It was very homely, authentic with a touch of modern. Maggie was very friendly and couldn't do enough. She even let our granddaughter help feed the chickens. Would I recommend this place? Absolutely! Will I vist again? Absolutely!”

“Excellent communication Easy booking process Excellent truful descriptions Me and my family all said wow! When we entered Tallet lovely accommodation everything we needed. It is a beautiful barn conversion. The hosts were extremely welcoming and we had the opportunity to join in on the working farm helping to feed the animals. We had lovely days out at Sidmouth,Lyme Regis & Exmouth.”
