“Our recent stay wasn’t the greatest and I have contacted you twice but you haven’t had the courtesy to respond to my complaint. Not a great service sadly and it puts me off using you again”

“Really enjoyed our stay at Marleys den. We have stayed there twice now. Good location, well maintained and very clean. Lovely box of treats on arrival which is a lovely finishing touch .”

“Very helpful when I rang with any questions and also kept in touch with me. Only issue I had was there was supposed to be a parking permit in the apartment so had to pay for 2 weeks parking.”

“The cottage was well equipped, warm and comfortable. The outside was not really suitable for my two untrained dogs. Accessing the internet was initially difficult due to a weird password. Overall we enjoyed our time at the cottage.”

“I've used Holiday Cottages for many years now and I've never had any issues. The whole process of booking a holiday with them is an easy and smooth process, the website is simple to use and there is a very wide range of properties available. When I have had to speak to the 'team' I've always found them friendly, knowledgeable and very happy to help.”

“The house at Greatstone was used for a family Christmas break and it was just fabulous. It was decorated beautifully with lights and Christmas trees and was in the perfect location for walks on the beach. The house itself has everything you need for a comfortable relaxing break. Loved it!”

“Perfect little holiday home in Sherringham, central and easy to walk to shops, pub and the beach and very clean and tidy. Only negative was the bathroom never seemed to get warm, or the bedroom. Plus unusual not to be greeted with even a pint of milk or a few tea bags. Having said that would stop again but not in the winter.”
