“Fabulous location and views as advertised. Apartment was overdue a renovation as furnishings were very old and tired.We experienced a problem with the windows of the apartment which was very well supported by the holiday cottage helpline. Overall a wonderful holiday!”

“Straightforward booking system. Good communication and easy to contact . Accurate description of apartments. Have used Holiday Cottages for several years and the staff in the Tenby office have always been friendly and helpful.”

“House was great location but various problems with bins overflowing, tumble dryer not working, fan in bathroom not working, damaged cupboard and 3 weeks after submitting a complaint online and to head office no acknowledgment. I guess they had the money so it doesn’t matter to them”

“A simple and easy booking made for a great booking experience. The apartment was clean with all amenities. Awesome views and great to have a parking space so no stress in parking. Lovely neighbours and a lovely holiday with no problems. Loved our time on the island and will be back.”

“Lovely cottage lots of amenities and great enclosed garden for the dogs plus the addition of fields to walk them in. Owners were friendly and helpful. Had a really relaxing week with lovely places to visit nearby”

“It is cosy and comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking equipment. The location, is such a quiet village, is beautiful and relaxing. We have stayed here a few times and always look forward to coming back.”

“The booking process was fine, however on arrival the property wasn’t as advertised on the website, which was problematic. I specifically chose a property with electric car charging point as there was a scarcity in the vicinity of the area but the facility was unavailable (the owner advised that holidaycottages.com had been told but it was still being advertised). This caused much difficulty in locating appropriate charging facilities, and on reflection if I had known that these facilities were unavailable at the time of booking I probably would have elected for another property. Next time it won’t be with holidaycottages.com as I can’t trust the important details on the website.”

“A very organised company, the process was really easy, appropriate information was sent at intervals prior to the holiday. Nice to know you can contact them if you should need them- not that we did! The Stables was a fantastic location and ticked every box for us as a family with a dog. I loved it there. Everything we needed was there inclusive of large garden, parking and the gorgeous cottage was well equipped. Many thanks for a wonderful holiday 😀🙏”

“The house was fantastic with everything you could wish for. The boys loved the large heated pool & the table tennis. The trampoline was very popular too. The house was set in a lovely road with beautiful surrounding countryside & was within easy reach of places of interest. All in all a fabulous holiday.”

“Easy process however i booked one week and within a day i extended the booking to two weeks but was charged two admin fees for this at the loss of £60 approx to me which i felt was very unfair”
