“It was our second visit to Spirewell Farm albeit that we stayed in The Keepings this time as we had an elderly person with mobility issues with us. The process of booking was simple & straight forward & Fiona was great in answering my questions about the property. With two electric vehicles it was great to be able to charge on site. The property was clean & all the appliances etc worked well. The layout worked well for us & although not booked for the purposes of a holiday we were able to enjoy the location. We booked because we needed a place to stay while an accessibility bathroom was installed at my mothers home nearby & she needed to live else where while this was being done. The location was brilliant as we could get between my mother's house & the holiday cottage easily.”

“Great range of properties and efficient booking. Good filters on the website search although I would like 'sea view' to be split out from 'waterside view' and I'd also like the option to find properties that are closer to a beach, (currently set at 'Beach within 5 miles', other websites break it down to as near as half a mile which is perfect). Particularly like that I can amend the 'flexibility' by several weeks, this is brilliant compared to competitors who sometimes only allow up to 3 days flexi in the search. My main issue is the 'accidental damage deposit'. I find this really off-putting, I don't think any of your competitors ask for it, (I have certainly never been asked for a deposit by other companies). It seems disproportionate to hold £200 from the date of booking until a week after the return.”

“Booking process was easy and efficient, as usual. Timely reminders leading up to holiday. Minor issue relating to some facilities not available at house, but mentioned in Holidaycottages.co.uk's description. Response to our complaint was less that expected and disappointing.”

“Just loved it! Stewart and Sarah were great and the welcome pack was a lovely touch especially the bread, ice and 🍾😉😋. Quiet and peaceful, with a bakery just footsteps away that did food too, the uncut brown bread was amazing, then there was the pub across the road with 20% off food and it also had happy hour every day from 3-7 which was a bonus We look forward to returning one day.”

“The Carefree Cottage was such a cozy place to stay for holiday. We enjoyed a very peaceful and relaxing time in Lulworth. The nature there is very impressive. It`s a place to relax your soul!!!”
