“Pleased with the website and the selection criteria meaning don’t need to wade through Cottages’s which are not applicable. However really disappointed that you no longer offer holiday insurance cover.”

“A lovely bungalow with lots of room. A real home from home stocked with all you need, games, books and toys included as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Lovely views. Owners were very helpful but not intrusive.”

“We enjoyed our stay in the Pig Sty cabin. The cabin was fantastic and perfect for us and our dog. The exercise field was perfect too, and we enjoyed the different walks around the farm and surrounding land and fields. Your cabin site is enhanced with the views across the valley and woodland.”

“We arrived at our accommodation that was unfortunately unsuitable. I rang customer services late Friday evening looking for new accommodation. I spoke to several different members of staff all who were highly efficient, helpful and most of all understanding. We were re-booked into Dunwood retreat which was absolutely perfect for us. Thank you so much for your help and thoughtfulness!”

“Holiday cottages did not make us happy at all. The lack of cleanliness and faults with electrical equipment, broken freezer, dirty oven, blocked showers and disgusting hot tub was nothing like what I have ever experienced. Customer service and putting in a complaint doesn’t seem worthwhile either. No one replies or gets back to you. I would not recommend!!!”
