!!!!Appliance Super Buy Warning!!!! They’re not super buys!!! Appliances are actually cheaper if you buy them separately!!! Look at the picture, they’re the same item! Oh and they don’t honor store prices!!!! Be careful!! I’ve always been an advocate for Home Depot but this is shady!!!

At first I was very unsatisfied with Home Depot because no one was resolving my issue . For one month I had a washer that didn’t work but after talking with several people I finally got through to the right one. Thanks Andre ! He had my problem resolved within one business day! Try to be patient and keep your cool! No one wants to help someone who is being rude ! Remember there humans too !

Home depot online order stock is extremely unaccurate. I have had my past 6 online orders cancelled due to product not in stock when their web page shows in stock available for store pick up. Home Depot has become extremely un reliable and had forced me to shop else where.

I must warn you and share our experience before you buy something from Home Depot. I did not check the reviews before my purchases and regret it... So my review: Never again... Our family won't ever purchase from Home Depot again. It was a first and last time. Very, very bad service. Very frustrating and big mess up. We placed an order on Nov 17th (washer/dryer + fridge) and 2 months later we're still waiting for their delivery team to finish the installation... They've been bad, dishonest & not trustful. I hope they'll change their delivery service Tem Co because there are plenty of problems with them... Sum up of our adventure: 1) They came a first time and explain they could not install the appliances because one part part was missing for the washer/dryer and there were scratches on the fridge... They did not even remove their stuff from the truck and left in a few minutes. When we checked, we realized the part was including... Bad first lie... 2) Second time they were on our schedule, we saw their truck but it did not stop to park... They said they rang the bell and that nobody was home. A scandal as we were waiting for them. But is was dark, late and rainy... Of course each time we had to prepare the house, empty/unplug the fridge, protect the rooms, etc. We have 2 kids and had to do our laundry at our neighbors' house.... 3) Third time, they just cancelled without letting us know explaining there was a mix up in the delivery system. Of course we dit the whole process again and were so disappointed... 4) Exact same thing happened. Started to feel traumatized. In between, I've called many times the Home depot customer line... Sometimes, not helpful, sometimes 45 minutes of waiting, sometimes disconnected, sometimes, nice people who explained "it was outrageous" or "ridiculous". That we should ask for a compensation... But we were prisoners as we paid 2 months before and were still waiting for the appliances to arrive. And Home depot had no leverage on the delivery system. Could not help to fasten the process for example or offer an alternative solution... 5) After weeks of frustration, the delivery team came back on January 21th. This time they said they could not install the washer/dryer because Home Depot did not provide parts to do it. We were ver angry and asked them to install at least the fridge which they did very fast without paying attention. We asked them to teke back our old appliances (we paid for that) and they answered they could not because the truck was too full. Seriously???? You come after 2 months with another excuse not to to the wor? So now, we still have our also washer / dryer that don't work, the new ones in the middle of the kitchen... And no parts. When I called Home depot, after 3 disconnections, they just scheduled the team to comme bak in February. Euh??? Who does that? Can you imagine the difficulties wit 2 kids???? Pfff. Is that the way you work? As I said never again. Lesson well learned. And I let you know if we got any kind of compensation...

Ordered a stove on line. It was delivered 12/14 but did not work. It was sent back. Cancelled the order on 12/15. They denied the first credit request because HD still had it on the delivery schedule. I was not informed. Finally called to receive this information. Requested credit again. Receive email letter on 01/04 informing me my credit was issued. Here it is 01/20 and the credit is still not on my credit card. HD customer service not only gives me a flip answer but on rude to me. If you try to do a chat, the person tells you they hard handling 10 customers at once! This is totally unacceptable. Be very careful if you need a refund. This has been a nightmare!

After many customer representatives trying to help me merge my consumer credit card and the Pro card, Derek in Customer Service was awesome. He was so knowledgeable and patient explaining things. He found the problem and corrected it. What an asset to Home Depot! He should be a spokesperson for HOME DEPOT. THANK YOU Derek so much!

It doesn’t matter in which store you are (here in Queens, NY), 95% of the HD’s employees -in any Queens store- are there TO NOT HELP YOU. After the ordeal to get help (if lucky) to find what you’re looking for, people on the registers are like the worst DMV office you can be in. Slow, clumsy, talking among them ignoring and NOT respecting the customer’s time at all. A quite DEPLORABLE store to be honest.

Home Depot is a garbage company. Bought $1,600 refrigerator. The delivery did not call ahead as we were told, delivered to a house we were renovating (not living in), left the refrigerator in the basement garage, had an unauthorized electrician working at the house sign for it, and lied about being authorized by the owner to leave it in the garage. Ignored all phone calls and requests to correct the issue by bringing the appliance upstairs into the kitchen where it belongs.

My daughter just went to pick up shelving from Acworth Home Depot. She did curbside, asked the employee to assist with loading and he told her it wasn’t heavy. Really, it’s your job. #gotoLowes

7 months ago I wrote a review of the watchung nj, I Said that it had a great staff but it was a little under stocked. So here's a update. Yes it's staff is excellent, but the store is very under stocked. I have to drive to Plainfield or Vauxhall to find a large number things. Anyway I'll still shop there but not for major projects.

HomeDepot has the worse customer service you can imagine. I bought 2 pieces of furniture with them. They could not deliver it for two months. When the furniture arrived in the store one piece was damaged, the other wrong color!! It took Homedepot another 3 weeks to exchange the wrong items, one at a time. The local store in Honesdale PA does not do their job and needs to call them 10 times and complain to them to get something done. I will never buy with HomeDepot again. It is a 1-star Company right now!!

I placed an order for a refrigerator on 12/11 that was listed as “in stock” in my zip code. My delivery date was 12/17. I was told that I would receive a call the day before to receive a 4-hour delivery window. By 7 pm on 12/16, I did not receive a call, so I called Home Depot’s customer service. The customer service representative could not find a delivery order in their system and the dispatch for delivery was closed (it was now after 8 pm). She recommended that I call the next day. On the morning of 12/17, I called and was told that my order had not been processed by the dispatch and needed to be rescheduled for 12/22. I could see the date change in my account before I hung up. On 12/21, I still did not have a call for a delivery window, so I called them. I called customer service and it was the same scenario, no date in the system, even though I clearly had one visible in my order information. I spoke to a supervisor and was given a case number that was to expedite my order to the resolution team. I was then told that I need to reschedule for 12/28, and that a “human being” would manage the order in lieu of relying on their systems. I called today 12/24 to confirm, still no delivery date confirmed in the system and none available in the foreseeable future. I cancelled the order. I have literally spent at least 4 hours on hold trying to get this order delivered. They had no problem withdrawing the nearly $3,000 immediately from my account, but they are unable to confirm the delivery. I am done with Home Depot. Looking at the other reviews, this is clearly a pattern.

Horrible website for ordering. I needed Qty. 2 4x8 plywood sheets delivered. I added a sheet and selected delivery and then added a second sheet to the same order. The initial sheet was delivered but the other required pickup. After calling Home Depot they said I had to specify delivery for each item separately. So I ended up paying $120+ for a single sheet of 1/4in plywood that costs $30. This from a store that was breached a year or two ago. Nice going Home Depot. Merry Christmas to you too. Jeff
