Ordered a gas range from Home Depot. It was suppose to be delivered the following Saturday, they said we gave them a bad address. Called the store to have the delivery rescheduled, it was suppose to be Tuesday. When they did not show I called the store, they gave me what they thought was the phone number to reschedule again, now they are trying to push out the delivery 2 weeks. I called the Bloomsburg Home Depot and cancelled the gas range. I'll go to a store that cares about their customers.

I ordered an item from their website, they shipped the wrong item (wrong sku number) and each time I tried to reorder it they sent the exact same wrong item 3x. Terrible!

We went to Home Depot to see about having countertops for our kitchen. The man working in that area was very nice and helpful. After about two weeks a man came out after two calls to set up an appointment to do some measuring. Very nice friendly person. When He was done he gave us an estimate based on the measuring and our choice of counter. And that was the last time we saw or heard from him. He never answered our calls or efforts to set up something. I believe he said he was a contractor for Home Depot and Lowes. Long story short we will not be using Home Depot for anything like that again.

We ordered a gas range. The day before delivery they canceled and rescheduled 2 weeks out. On that day, the truck came and our item was missing. No effort was made to find out why. After a long process on the phone which I initiated it was found that the item was mislabeled and delivered to someone else(who didn’t even order it?) Completely absurd

My refrigerator was delivered yesterday. Although my son was at home and would have opened the garage for the crew to set it up in the garage, they left the unit standing, still boxed, in front of the garage. They performed NO set up. My son and I had to get the unit out of the box (no small task), and I then had to take off all the tape outside and inside and install the shelves. Oh, and there were NO door handles. The vendor delivery service is the slackest, laziest I have ever encountered! And when I spoke to Home Depot Customer service about getting door handles, I was put on hold for 28 minutes before I hung up the phone.

There is too much stuff in the aisles it is a very dangerous place. They say they care but they don't, or they wouldn't over sell floor space. They don't recycle

Abysmal customer service at Home Depot in Denham Srings, La. We ordered 15 bags of mulch and 7 bags of river rock online to pick up in store. We were told the order would be ready within 2 hours. The order was not ready for about 4 hours and customer service said Home Depot doesn't "guarantee" the two hour time it provides online at the point of sale. Finally got a text the order was ready and got to the store only to be told that we had to go get the rocks ourselves. The rocks were out on the customer accessable shelf, so we had to then go request that they get the rocks from wherever they keep the overflow. 7 Home Depot employees then went to get the rocks which we had to lad into our truck ourselves. Then the manager asked us to not leave a bad review! She said the issue is lack of employees, yet somehow there were seven available to get 7 bags of rocks from overflow. The buy online pickup in store option was totally useless because we waited twice as long and ultimately had to go inside and get everything and load it ourselves anyway. Terrible customer service.

Incredible Installations is a contractor for Home Depot in Atlanta, GA. Home Depot gave me their phone number and I contacted them to renovate my bathroom. I had to pay in full immediately for the renovation and did do with my Home Depot credit card. I did this March 2021 and what a hassle! They didn’t even start my renovation until December 2021. The updates on my project were ridiculous. I can see maybe waiting 3 months but over 8 months!?!? They kept telling me that the company making the shower stall were behind and couldn’t get the materials. Again…8 months!?!? By this time my flooring was out of stock. I’m thinking this is totally crazy. I knew several people that started building houses the same time I ordered my bathroom and their houses were complete before I got my bathroom. I contacted Home Depot and they were no help at all. I opened a case with them and nobody bothered to call me back after the install. I should have received some type of discount for this… I got silence from Home Depot and Incredible Installations. Won’t walk into a Home Depo ever again and would never recommend Incredible installations.

AVOID home depot RUDE managers. They take NO responsibility for their action. I paid thousands of dollars (yes Thousands of dollars) for a project, they damaged my home ( all electrical wires exposed) job not done. When I called the manager, she said, " you have to pay for it" I said so you get 12000 dollars, do not finish the project and I have to pay more money? She said" yes"

Hanaja Installers, a subcontractor for Home Depot, installed doors at my home. The installer asked what did it want to do with the doors he removed . I told him to put them on the side of my garage. After the installer left I noticed he put the old wood trim on the curb. There were several nails sticking out of the wood. the old wood was blown into the middle of drive by. I came home from work not knowing that wood was there and ran over the nails and had 2 flat tires. the installer simply lied to Home Depot and RF Installations that I requested the debris be placed on the curb. Common sense would say I would not request any debris placed on the curb but more importantly, he never asked. Home Depot and RF Installations do not get the bigger picture. Whatever if a person had gotten hurt on the nails. Contractors should remove any debris and not assume it will be pick up the city. If I lived in the county with public trash pick up, would he have placed the debris on the curb. Probably not. This contract simply lied and Home Depot honored his lie.

I live in Lincoln MT, Home Depot did a cabinet delivery through NSD out of Bozeman, had a missing cabinet, their delivery guy acknowledged it, but now they are saying I received my total order and will not research or refund. I order another one, suppose to be delivered on Friday, between 7 am and 11 am...we wait around until 4 pm and then had to leave and didn't return home until today, 3/28/2022. I got notification that they dropped it off Friday at a 8:30 pm. When we get home they dropped it off on our driveway, and we have a covered porch. If it had rained or snowed over the weekend it would be ruined.

Customer service at the Preston hwy store in Louisville KY is a joke. There are several other home depots in our city. I strongly suggest using a different store.

I am very disturbed and disappointed that there is a Home Depot employee worksheet out there called "Unpacking Privilege". I have been shopping at the Fairfax, VA Home Depot for years. I will be cancelling my Home Depot Credit Card, and I will no longer be shopping at Home Depot. See you soon Lowe's.

I went to the home Depot today and purchased lawn products. Went to check out and showed my ID that clearly states veteran on it front and back. The cashier continues to tell me that I do not qualify because it is not one of the accepted IDs with their changed policy. I served 7 years the United States Air Force in multiple conflicts. And have never been told that my idea was accepted. I will never step foot back in a home Depot for lack of their patriotism. And I will tell every person that I know on how they treat the veterans that have served this country proudly.

I will never buy another high dollar item from them again, especially online. I purchased a Treager Smoker for my husband for his birthday. The estimated delivery was on his birthday, March 16, and as things happen, it wasn't delivered. I checked with the delivery company that Home Depot uses, they had no records of the item. Called Home Depot they told me the shipping company did in fact have it, but that Home Depot forgot to send the ticket and that it would be delivered on the 18th. For the heck of it, I called the delivery company the morning of the 18th, still no record of it. So Monday, the 21st, I asked Home Depot to cancel it. They said they would, but it would take 72 hours to confirm it because now their records show it was supposed to be delivered on the 22nd... needless to say it STILL DIDN'T COME. Called Wednesday, they tell me it is supposed to be there on Thursday... I told them I would call my CC company and dispute the charges, but I was trying to give HD a chance to redeem themselves. They gave me a song and a dance about canceling it, and "when" it shows up Thursday to refuse the shipment, but "claim" the return is in process. (which is what they told me Monday, and clearly wasn't canceled) Although the Customer Service Representatives were nice, the outfit as a whole, is very lacking. I feel they just gave me the run around and were trying to buy time for their mistakes, but I will go to my local small business before I use this big box store again.......

Example of poor quality. Here is the lamp I bought at Home Depot Woodside NY. After only a few days the bottom started crumbling. See the awful result which is also scratching the floor! Most of the stuff they sell is extremely low quality.

I purchased a refrigerator from the store in Calgary Alberta on Sarcee Trail NW. The compressor on my refrigerator stopped working so i needed a refrigerator immediately. Jaydeep Prajapati helped me. He was excellent very personable and knowledgeable as well as helpful. He showed me several fridges we talked about my needs and the quaility and characteristics of each unit. He then offered me several choices. Once i chose the unit he was most accommodating in terms of sale. He made my experience with Home Depot very pleasant and stress free. I came away feeling confident with my choice and happy with the price.

I wish I could give less than one star. I purchased an electric fireplace unit on January 30 (2022) with the extended warranty. The unit arrived outside the noted delivery time; once received, the top mantle of the unit was damaged on the end. I immediately contacted Home Depot for a replacement part (my husband and I had begun building the unit and were almost done until we saw the damage. The top portion of the mantle was the last piece to attach). I was referred to the manufacturer (Twin Peaks) who took my claim, assigned a case number, and assure me they would replace the unit, and they never did. This went on for weeks; most of the time no response or I was given the same message. After a little over a month, finally asked for a refund since I wasn’t being supported and there was no initiative to replace the broken piece. I was told I would have to purchase bubble wrap to prepare the unit for pick up OR breakdown the unit and prep for shipping. Then told I would be granted a refund, AFTER the unit is picked up. Call was escalated, still no resolution. I recommend not purchasing anything from Twin Peaks and I will not be purchasing from Home Depot moving froward. Home Depot, your ability to service the customer is nonexistent. I’m terribly frustrated.

I hope someone in the corporate office reads this review I was hired at the Homedepot on battlefield blvd on December 16 recieved an email from homedepot that my back ground check should be complete by 3 3 2022 I went to the store and talked to the same person who hired me said she would check into it never called.me back then called the HR department corporate office and she just made all kinds of excuses as to the problem did not want to do anything. Do not apply to homedepot for employment they just jerk people around and people want to work it's problem like this is why they do not have people to work. Mitchell Dunlow
