Ordered four new appliances. Everyone was damaged. One was damaged twice. The worse company to deal with. We finally gave up on one that still wasn't installed right and left it. The aggregation is not worth it. Would never buy appliances from Home Depot again.

now they treat us like criminals locking everything up. now the carts automatically lock when you leave. and now I have to check out my own stuff what the hell is that I believe it's time for Amazon I can do that online then I don't have to walk around your store

VETERANS BEWARE***** Home Depot does not recognize a Military ID as a valid form of ID, Go to Lowes or Menards, but all veterans should vote with their wallets, and shop at a store that values us veterans because Home Depot Does not values Veterans at all!!

i shopped at the home depot in ocala, florida for a specific item; a ryobi leaf blower. when i got to the area that the blower was in i found that they were all locked up. i looked around to find an employee and finally found one about 7 aisles away. i asked for assistance and he said that someone assigned to that area should be around. i explained that i already looked around so he then said that i should go check around the entrance to the garden center to see if that person was there. he left! i went to where he suggested and found no one. i started hunting again and ended up finding the first person i spoke with. i then asked if i was supposed to search the entire store to find someone or maybe he or his friend could help me. his friend grabbed his phone and dialed a number. i turned around and noticed my wife was also talking to an employee and that person was able to help us. when we headed to the self service check out i noticed how backed up they were. there were 4 self serve stations and 3 of them has customers who obviously needed help. there were 4 employees in the area but two were engrossed in conversation with each other. one station had 2 employees with one helping and the other just watching. there were a number of customers standing by waiting for a station to empty so they could complete their shopping.

I ordered a Halloween decoration on line. Paid full price and received a box full of dented parts. Thanks Home Depot for sending me your dented leftovers. Can't wait to see how long it will take for it to burn out completely.

I am ordering a set of attic stairs. ALL i wanted to do was check the balance of a gift card WITHOUT setting up an account. The lack-of-customer-service-drone said my only option is driving to the store...seriously !

I’ve had enough of Home Depot, they only have self checks open, not 1 clerk. Decided on Lowe’s, they do have 1 or 2 clerks ,always.

The customer service online is the horrible. I ordered a fridge and add a 3 year warranty. Called before it arrived to change it from 3 to 5 years. I spoke to 3 representative and each time the call dropped. No one would call me back and subsequently they cancelled my 3 year warranty without adding the 5 year and now I have no extended warranty.

I paid for a refrigerator on May 27, 2024. It is August 12 and it has not been delivered. I was told on several occasions that it would be delivered and well…still no refrigerator. Unacceptable. Got a refund. Going to Lowe’s. Shame on Home Depot!

I bought double sink vanity, the two first times the delivery team came, there were only one or two persons, so they were not able to lift in my order, the third time, they showed up 3 guys, lifted the vanity upstairs, and unwrapped it, to find out the counter top was cracked, then they called costumer service, which agreed that they would leave the cabinets and order a new counter top with double sinks, after waiting for almost two weeks, they contacted us to ask if we were satisfied with our service??? Then i told that i have been in dialogue with them several times to get an update on my countertop, then the assistant said that they couldn't just order a new piece they need to return the whole unit and order a new one, and by the way, the vanity you bought is not in stock anymore, even if it says 29 in stock. WORST Costumer service EVER!!!

The delivery crew did so much damage to my 4,000 [n products.it was a horrible xperience. They damaged my fridge and left a message and much more.

I've been a Home Depot customer for a decade or two. I've noticed that quality and customer service have tanked. I bought a washer, GE Brand on Aug. 9. They installed it. I tested it. The washer flooded and ruined my floor. I called and they took it away, but the damage was done. Never contacted me to let me know when I could expect another washer. I called and they said it'd be about a week. Unacceptable, so I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Had I ordered in a store, the refund would have been immediate. They told me 7 to 10 days because the washer would need to go back to its source. I said that since I no longer had it I should get a refund. On the phone more than an hour. Two very rude, condescending customer service reps. I will NEVER buy anything else from this company. Home Depot SUCKS.

2 men came to my home in Rocky River ,Ohio yesterday afternoon to deliver a small freezer that I had purchased and I paid for the delivery. One problem they refused to deliver the freezer. They claimed it was too difficult for them.Now mind you a year earlier Home Depot came and delivered the exact freezer these men refused to deliver. You can understand my level of frustration. Horrible service by these two men. Very disrespectful. To Home Depot's credit they scheduled a different delivery team to deliver it on Monday. Hopefully they will get the job done.

The employees at the store South Las Vegas are Great!!! This review is about your Appliance delivery service. We bought a washer ( not a big purchase but still pushing $1000) setup delivery for after 9am due to living in a Guard Gated Condo Community. No deliveries are allowed until after 9 am or after 5pm. Long story shortened first day arrived at 645a-7a. So could not deliver washer. Rescheduled the delivery making sure it said after 9 am. Next delivery date they arrived at 7:15 am. Refused to come back later. Called delivery service again they wanted me to reschedule again. I refused and canceled my order getting a refund. I know list of us are not big contractors but the little guys buy major appliances really adds up. Hope you don’t miss us but we will be moving on to a business that wants our business and treats us well.

Delivery date was off by 3 days Then get notification delivery was completed only to find out it was delivered to the wrong address. The remedy was the delivery will be a 7 days later. I will never use Home Depot again

I have been a loyal home depot customer for a long time. On July 22nd 2024 I purchased a Samsung fridge from the Allen Park, Mi store. At the store I was told that the fridge will be delivered on the 29th and on the 28th I received a timeframe which was between 3-7 no one showed up when I called home depot that night they said that they were told that delivery company did not receive the fridge on time to be delivered to me on the 29th and they rescheduled the delivery for the Aug 3rd I called home depot on the 2nd telling them that I have not received a timeframe for the delivery and I was told that sometimes they send it late and assured me that it was going to be delivered on the next day but it was a no show. And I was rescheduled for the 6th and no one showed up and again they rescheduled it for today (Aug 8th 2024) 7:10 pm and I did not receive a timeframe for the delivery. Of course I called home depot customers service at 5:00 pm and they said I should still receive the timeframe. I have been on the phone so many times but basically they are telling me I am at mercy of the delivery company and there is nothing that the can do except to give me a discount after the fridge is delivered.

I’ve been doing Electrical work for over 30 years. Home Depot has gotten to the point that I’ve stopped using them completely. I’ve had a Pro Card for 10 years and no longer need it. The professionalism and product availability is ridiculous and check out times are atrocious. Good luck with your future because I’m done. My company bought over $300,000 in 2022 from this company. Maybe I don’t matter but I hope yall fix your problems or go broke.

Bought a door decided to try their installation though my husband has done them, wanted to sit this one out. They couldnt connect my online order with the measurements their contractor did, he measured incorrectly, it was a total debaucle, we also had a installed by them in another state, most of their contractors are subpar and their computer online order system doesnt connect to their individual stores, hello Lowes! 🤣

These people are extremely rude and as unprofessional as it gets. Ordered a stove to be delivered and the driver cancelled the delivery himself after telling us our stove would be here within 10 minutes. The operators need a different kind of job because customer service isn't for them. Completely despicable. Do better home Depot! A lot better!
