Too much money for the service and what we received when we got it and paid in full.Four months from order to delivery then one part missing had to wait a further two weeks. Had to re-drill stool for leg to fit and pre drilled holes for mirror didn’t match. Very disappointed.

Called to chase up for a delivery time after 10 days - rude and unhelpful person answered the phone and told it could take another 14 weeks as it is not in stock , didn’t stop them taking the money straight away -

I ordered a bed in March after being promised it would be delivered in April. As the delivery date approached, we got rid of our old bed and bought a new mattress. After the delivery date came and went, with no bed being delivered, I contacted the company and was told the new delivery would now be mid-July. I explained our situation (sleeping on floor) and asked what alternative beds were available. I was just sent a list of codes. I asked for images, and was told to look them up myself on the website. We bought a cheap bed to get us off the floor. In early July I contacted the company again to confirm our new delivery date. I was then told it would be late September (6 months after order placed). I demanded that my complaint was escalated and a lady from customer care called me back. This time more apologetic, she offered £100 compensation and an email to follow with details of alternative beds. That was a week ago. No compensation, no email. I have since asked for full refund. Don't give this company your hard earned cash, give it to another company who will fulfill your order, and treat you with more respect.

Ordered a lovely tv unit in March finally turned up in may even though it was in stock and it was smashed,ordered they sent another with even checking which I had to wait till June and that turned up smashed. Then up to 14 days for a refund. Sadly I would not recommend this company now. And I am sad to say that as the tv unit would of been a perfect match for my living room if not broken.

Worst furniture company ever. Very poor service and quality not what you see on photo. Avoid !!! Ordered a cabinet, was delivered after 2.5 months with broken and damaged pieces. It's all flat packed and manufactured in Asia with cheap wood. After complain they offered silly compensation for a £700 furniture. Later promised to replace it within 1 month and now after chasing (4th month running), someone placed an order and confirmed would likely to arrive in another 1.5 months. Mar to end July for a rubbish wooden furniture. Please stay away as their service, promise, quality nothing can be trusted. Scam....

AVOID this company I originally placed my order last year oct nov they took money and advised me it would take 16 weeks ok i thought i can wait. I called them in feb march just to see if all ok to be told the order had never been placed. This order was placed again to this day I'm still waiting..... i had a call advising me it was going to be delivered so i disposed of my bed i am now sleeping on a mattress i have been given compo of £100.00 in total which i think is an insult. I have been offered a bed from them to use whilst i am waiting but I refused I JUST WANT MY BED I have had an email stating delivery beginning of June ... yes you've guessed i have been told now the end of June I'm not holding my breath.... i have just been reading the reviews regarding this supplier if id of know all this i wouldn't have ordered. I am dreading to think what i am going to receive.

I’ve never experienced such an awful company. Still dealing with the effects 8 months after ordering. Staff abused me and get away with it because the company will point blank refuse to help you if anything does wrong. They are a complete scam and need to be shut down. Please notice how they don’t allow you to leave reviews on their website. All ‘positive’ reviews about them are clearly fake. It’s a SCAM!!!

I bought 2 lights and immediately cancelled the order within half an hour, the cancellation was not processed allegedly in error and after much dialogue you told me to reject the delivery when it arrived, sadly the delivery was not sent to me but delivered to a local nursing home, the driver left the goods on their car park! they had no choice but to accept the goods. After further communication with yourselves, I was advised to return the lights and that I would be sent a label some 5 days later so that the return package could be identified. I questioned why a simple table would take 5 days? incidentally this never arrived. eventually I was advised that the pick up would coincide with the delivery of the second part of my order, some 2 weeks later. On the 12th of May the delivery and pick up was made. I contacted you at the end of the week to inquire about the refund to be told that this would go through the warehouse in a day or two and then the refund would be made. I also sent an e mail by way of a reminder and got no response. I then called on the 17th to inquire as to the refund again but was told that it would be done possibly by the Wednesday that being the 19th. I called again on the 21st May once again to inquire about the refund of my money to be faced with a rude woman who now suggested that this refund would not be done as they had only just received the return? yet I was told that the pick up on the 12th May was not a courier but homes direct 365 own driver/staff. We are now 11 days since pick up with no refund and weeks since the original order that was immediately cancelled. The customer service person just talks over you and is an agitator and naturally when you are upset she then puts the telephone down suggesting that you are rude and I do not trust a word that she has said. I just want my money back from you that's what has gone wrong. It appears that you now cannot refund the money yet for some unknown apparent reason.

Terrible Furniture & Company – Avoid I do not know how this company can operate in the UK. The products they sell do not match the photos or description on their own website. The quality is so bad, bad paint jobs, bits of MDF stuck back on after clearly being broken, items sold as wood only to be received as cheap MDF. The after sales service is basically non existent. If don’t just you want to just throw money away avoid using this company.

Rude and appalling customer service DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.I placed an order in December of 2020 and was told I had to pay an extra £30 for delivery to (NI) and wait for delivery of the item in February which we were more than happy to do.We phoned in February, March and April to be told our order was on its way.In May the order was sent to (NI) but didn’t have the correct paper work and was returned. 365 response was to refund the orde( after 6 months of having £170 which is a lot of money to me).They never returned calls and had appalling customer service when on the phone.They made the decision to stop sending to (NI) in May 6 months after I placed my order.We will be making a formal complaint.

Absolutely apalling customer service. Ordered a clock and when it arrived it was clearly damaged - scrapes to the top and chipped all around. When I emailed the company I was asked to send photos of the damage and their reply was basically that was how the clock was supposed to be!! They refused to pay the return courier charge which to my knowledge is against the law as it was clearly damaged. Refund took nearly 3 weeks to receive after email requests. Simply AVOID!!

I feel the need to write this as I had ordered a mirror and saw so many awful reviews but I give them 5 stars ✨.. they emailed to let me know delivery and did just that my mirror a London telephone box mirror arrived packaged well and was very good value for money .. will defiantly use this company again

The mirror I have ordered from them was totally different from the image on the website (misleading the customer). It was scratched all over, the colour was supposed to be white but it is actually more of a brownish. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They refused to refund me the item which is obviously not true to the image and description on their website. RUBBISH COMPANY!!! The customer service is very hard to reach and they are extremely rude to the customers.

Stay away from this company .. after an order of £600.00 and a delivery date that didn’t materialise.. called the company no help .. arranged another delivery date waited again 9am - 6pm again no delivery.. call customers services for the third time and again they wouldn’t help me or would they refund a product that I haven’t received . I will take this up with trading standards as the company is a sham

Ordered a dark green footstool, when this arrived it was nothing like the picture! I sent photos to Homes Direct and they said it was the same footstool and was the lighting in my picture. The base of the stool was completely different, the shade of green was the same as a snooker table and the quality was horrendous. I was then asked to pay for the return myself. After complaining I was offered that they pay 50% over the telephone which was then taken away as they apparently would never offer this. I have bitten the bullet and paying for this myself so I can get the ugly footstool out of my home and now their address is not appearing on the couriers website. When I'm asking the sales team for help they keep sending me the returns policy back over and over again! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I am shocked that they are allowed to sell these products.

Waited so long for a refund after item was delivered in bits! After emails sent backwards and forwards and phone calls I received my refund nearly 3 months later. Never.. Ever again.

I ordered a mirror which didn’t state on the website whether it had to be hung on the wall or came with a stand. Then, for me to return this item I had to pay £27 at the post office and was told if the item is damaged by the time it reaches them I will not get my refund. I think this is ridiculous and will never order from here again!

I ordered a french style headboard from homesdiect365 last September,didn’t receive it until February this year.I only had communication with them when I contacted them.The way they conduct business is atrocious.
