We ordered £3000 of bedroom furniture in December, it arrived 6 months later in June. This was due them firstly messing up our original delivery date and cancelling it when we asked them not to, then two weeks later our furniture was stolen from the van it was arriving on, (not at all their fault apparently. Try securing your van properly, not parking it in Croydon overnight? It's certainly not our fault). We were given mis-matched furniture on loan (we sold all of ours prior to delivery) until our final delivery of furniture in "early May". We had to chase and chase them on this. It arrived in June. Had we known it would be June we could have cancelled and bought elsewhere (which is exactly what we would have done). We were offered (only because we hassled them) a pathetic £70 in vouchers to use on their website as compensation, 2.5% of our order value!? In previous conversations before delivery compensation was discussed but they wouldn't agree anything and we were led to believe we would be offered more so as not to cancel our order. We never want to have to deal with this appalling company again. Please steer well clear - I really wish I had.

DREADFUL COMPANY - BE CAUTIOUS. Ordered two bedside tables on 1 April. Money taken out my bank on 3rd April. The website said they would be available on the 18th April. That day came and went - no word from company. Emailed them. They said the goods arrived on 19th and they can get them to me on the 8th May. Told me if i wasn't in they would leave furniture outside. No good to me at all. Asked for a refund and was told it takes 7 to 10 working days (but quick to take my money in first place). 10 working days have gone by and no sign of a refund. I wouldn't use this company again for anything

I ordered my items in Feb 2017, they have moved the delivery date several times now. They come up with multiple excuses as to why the goods have not been delivered yet. I am very unhappy with the lack of service I have received from this company. How can they justify taking people's money the full payment for items and think it acceptable to keep moving the date and hold their clients money. Don't order from them, I wouldn't have if I had known it was going to be like this!!!

I made an order in June 2016 an Iv actually got my last item today been nothing but a pain broken bed broken chair with not a word of an apology. Wouldn't recommend this totally rubbish grr

Now ordered twice from them... When will we learn? Ordered headboard and received emails every couple of weeks to say item was delayed. 13 weeks we waited. This time ordered a TV cabinet. Rang to check delivery and reassured a couple of weeks. Just recieved my second delay email...... Might arrive mid July I recon..

Order no. WEB53649(95816031512163) Order at your peril. Not all items in stock and long wait to complete orders as lots of furniture made only to order from abroad. Ordered mirror dressing table set a year ago. Wrong stool sent three times each time a wait of over 3 months. Had to accept non matching stool in the end as got fed up waiting. Offered £20 off next order. Told them I'd never order from them again so got no compensation. They'll deny they know me like on another review site but I have added order number this time so they can't. Jill Jill

Waited in all day for half the furniture that never arrived, Was originally told 3 of my 4 items were in stock when ordering, heard nothing so I called at 16.40 and was told that the driver had knocked on the door. This was a complete lie, I live in a flat and was 6 foot from the front door.

Dreadful Company with No idea of customer Service. I am still trying to have my money refunded for a canceled delivery which they cancelled. I think maybe they are a small one man band who orders in stock as they receive orders and use the cheapest and least professional couriers to deliver- I wont be using this company again and will be charging a daily fee until my refund has been received.

ONLY ORDER IF YOU WANT TO WAIT 4 MONTHS FOR NO DELIVERY. Ordered in June and was told delivery would be July I really liked the unit so said I would wait. Only to get an email to say it would be at the end of August so again I said I would wait, then get another email to say it would be end of September. By this point I had a half finished bathroom and was getting annoyed so called them only to be told it was down to the weather in France and the wood not drying out enough. With this silly excuse I cancelled my order and they said I would have to wait 2 weeks to get my money back. In the end it only took a week for the money to be refunded. I bought another unit from another company and they delivered in less than a week. Only order if you have the patience of a saint

Absolutely shocking. Was told items were in stock next day (Which I have recorded) only to be told 4 days later it would be 2weeks time. Now being told towards the end of September that's 8 weeks from order. will do my best to let all know through social media sites if this is not dealt with

I ordered a bed thinking it was in stock. After a couple of emails on my part, I was told this had a 12 week delivery date and was made to order! I was unwilling to wait 12 weeks (especially after paying in full) and cancelled the order. After 10 days the amount had still not returned to my credit card. I called them again only to be told that the order had not been cancelled!! After an apology, I was assured the order was now cancelled and I would be refunded in 7 - 10 working days. Quick enough to take your money but not so efficient at returning it!

Terrible service ... Still haven't received my order after chasing it .. They say it will be available to deliever on the 5th August which is a joke considering I ordered it mid June Then to be told they can't deliever it untill the 19th of August because that's when they deliver on my area ! I've paid 20 pounds you should deliever it ASAP !!! Awful service God help me if the quality is bad

PLEASE do not order with this company. I was awaiting delivery for items worth £870 today to be told on the phone this morning that it would arrive at 3-5pm. The delivery address is not my home address and I made clear when I purchase the items it would take me 90 minutes to get there. I made another phone call and was reassured that the delivery would take place between 4-5pm. At 2 pm I am receiving a phone call from the delivery driver to tell me he had arrive at my stated site. I told the delivery guy that I was 90 minutes away but he is not willing to wait. I called customer service only to be treated like a 5 year old in a condescending manner and all accountability was pushed onto the delivery guys. Never ever would I use this company again.

What an absolute failure of a company, I would advise anyone who is considering purchasing new furniture to steer clear of these guys. Total lack of communication and respect for paying customers. I won't be coming back put it that way!

After paying for a mirror 6/7 weeks upfront and no sign of delivery, no response of update (only after I contacted them on several occasions) the mirror arrived - very poor quality so I rang to find out their returns policy. I was told I would have to cover the costs myself via a courier. I wrapped the parcel extremely well putting card in between bubble wrap and was told it arrived smashed therefore I could not have a refund. What a coincidence!!! I will never use this company again!!! Customer service absolutely shocking too!!!

Hi Emma, Thank you for your review, I can see in your account notes you spoke to a member of staff who advised we would collect the mirror from yourself via our own team at a cost of £9.99 but you chose to return the mirror via your own delivery method. We advise if you choose to return unwanted items yourself that you use an insured company that covers you for any damages. This information can be found in the below link to our website. The mirror was received to us damaged, as soon as we received the mirror it was photographed and the images were sent to you to assist you with your claim. We would advise taking this issue up with the company you used to delivery the item back to us. Please accept my apologies that this is not a satisfactory resolve for you. I ordered a wardrobe and two bedside tables in second week of January expecting everything to be in stock. After ordering and paying in full, they contacted me to explain that the wardrobe was now out of stock, and would not be available for 12-16 weeks. After their assurance that this was much more likely to be 12 weeks than 16 I agreed to wait. The bedside tables arrived in good time. Mid way through February I receive an email saying delivery will be completed Mid March. Great. Only Mid March comes and goes, and then on the 18th I receive the same email again only I’m told I now have to wait till Mid April! After getting nowhere with customer service who said it was my fault for agreeing to wait, and despite their promise to deliver in March, they said they were within the original delay period - so tough. All very reminiscent of other reviews...So ill wait till April and wait for another months delay after that. Maybe I’ll get the wardrobe before Christmas. For all those reading this review, only buy if they have it in stock. If they don’t get your money back or don’t use at all.

The worst company I have dealt with. Very rude customer service and extremely unhelpful. They are not able to deliver furniture promptly, offered delivery days weeks in advance and unable to advise slot, which means you have to take a day off to receive the delivery. They don't deliver weekends and you cannot ask for AM or PM slot. So inflexible and customer unfriendly. Very disappointed, won't order ever again.

We waited 12 weeks for 2 bedside cabinets. We were told they were made in England. Then told the container had been delayed from aboard. And that they had arrived damaged. Be careful when ordering as the small print says could be up to 12 weeks for delivery.
