Absolutely poor customer service I wish there was an option to select -1. This company has dissatisfied/disappointed / stressed me out so much . I need actually help to sort this matter . They have sent me the bed with no 3 screws when the bed requires 10 screws. Three wks now I have sent 7 emails . They finally sent me screws really tiny ones that just doesn’t fit the bed at all. I then requested them to send the right ones and send the picture of the right screw . But the have literally replied back this “”Hi, Thank you for your email. As advised we do only use one type of screw for all beds, have you made sure that you are assembling the bed correctly?””” They have sent this reply ... seriously !!!! It’s been 4wks now I’ve been sleeping on just mattress without bed.

Got to be the worst shopping experience I have ever had. Ordered bedroom furniture the 3rdweek in February 19, was advised 1 itemwas not in stock until end of April. I accepted this and went ahead requesting all items were delivered together. My money was taken and I received a confirmation email. I heard nothing until I decided to contact the company 3rd week in April. I was advised that my furniture had a confirmation date of the week after although I had not been advised. Anyway I didn’t argue as I wanted the items. They arrived a day b4. Lucky I was in as I had no call. All the pieces of furniture were damaged. I immediately called the company who apologised and asked if they gave me 40 compensation would I accept them collecting the items and replacing. I asked them to promise I would get the furniture ASAP. They gave me a date of the beginning of May so I accepted and kindly stored the items I had in my back room. I heard nothing again and contacted the company who then said there’s a delay and I am now looking at the end of May ( bear in mind this was an order from 3rd week in feb ) With this I requested to cancel the order and refund request An email arrived to state they will arrange collection I asked when I get my refund and was told when the goods are in their warehouse? Again I heard nothing my husband then took over communication and was offered a collection day of 3rd of May I received an email to say that I had turned Down a collection date? Which I had not. Did they come to collect the furniture that is now boxed up in my hallway.... no. So here I am. Still no bedroom furniture. Still no collection of damaged goods and no refund3 months later. The funny thing is I found the furniture on another site who advised all is in stock within 14 days for delivery But dealing with this company has put me off I know this is a long review and reviews seem to be a mixed bag here But I would never ever recommend this company There is no communication at all so now I have a load of broken furniture and they have stolen my money That’s how I see it Order from this company if u dare

The site has amazing furniture but my experience was extremely poor. I ordered a TV cabinet in January 2019 and only this week has my order been resolved ( April 2019). The cabinet took over 8 weeks to be delivered and when I received it, it was damaged. It then took several weeks (5)to get a replacement. Numerous emails from myself to customer services and calls. Lack of communication or a slight discount for the length off time waited of inconvenience.

Terrible experience with this company. They have a lack of empathy and regard for the customer. It’s been a stressful experience. I bought a chandelier and received the wrong product. I am now in a situation where I am out of pocket with a product that I can’t use! We even offered to pay another £100 to receive the right product and they refused saying that the best they can do is free delivery on the full price of the original product I had already bought and paid for?! They really are something else! Please avoid at all costs. I’m aware that things go wrong but you need to know that when they do it will be resolved!

From my initial communication with HomesDirect365 customer service through to the last, not once have I felt like a valued customer. Frankly it is all about HomesDirect365! My 91year old mother selected her perfect bedroom which included a French style bed and mattress, a large chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets at a cost of nearly £2000. I won't go into every issue but summerize the experience. Delivery times were a lot longer than initially mentioned and the only contact concerning delivery expectation was initiated by myself. I NEVER received a contact from the company. When trying to get a delivery date to enable my elderly mother to have a bed to sleep on in her new home, it was like speaking to a brick wall. The so called customer care department are clearly working under the wrong name. It should be called " customer don't care dept"! All the staff pay you lip service but ultimately if it doesn't suit them and HomesDirect365 then it's not going to happen. We eventually had to agree a date one week later than we desperately needed. The best estimate of time of arrival was between 7.00am and 7.00pm. The day before I got a telephone call from my mother informing me she had an email to say the bedroom furniture would be with her within the hour. I dropped everything and drove 15 miles to to my mother's. When I got there I called HomesDirect365 to establish what was going on to be informed that it was a mistake! A MISTAKE? The furniture was due for delivery the next day. My mother had stripped her temporary bed and was panicking. Remember 91 years old! I was furious. Oh they were sorry, these things happen. So finally the furniture arrived this morning at 7.15 am. It is lovely furniture. The chaps assembled the bed but once again disappointment. The did not unpack the chests and worse still left a mountain of packing as they don't take it away. I was told when paying for the installation that the bedroom would be left ready for my mum to use. So here's my advice. BUY YOUR FURNITURE FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!

Ordered new bedroom furniture. Get a call the day before it's due to be delivered to day they've damaged the bed and can't replace it. I'd already disposed of my existing bed and furniture and I'm now left with my mattress on the floor! Non existent customer service. Given the option of cancelling the order or paying double for a different bed. THEY DO NOT CARE.

I have made the order by calling them and pay upfront more than 1k for one bed frame. I have been told it will take around 2 weeks.It was already too much but I said ok. I was chasing the order since then,order made in November. Always someone saying that should be shortly. Just had an email saying the order should arrive on 16 th Feb. I will wait until then now.Hopefully there will be no more delays. The bed is for one hotel room to upgrade so basically I am losing money each day it passes. Horrible experience. Will not recommend.

Hi, Regading Order Reference - WEB***06 Order Date : 12th September 2018 Current Date : 24th December 2018 Delivery Date : None of the Items Received - 1 day before Christmas We placed a large order on the 12th of September for full set of BedRoom furniture. THREE month / 19 WEEKS have passed since we placed the order. We were intially told that the whole order will be delivered in OCTOBER. In October, We recceived email to say that the Order will be delivered in NOVEMBER. In November, We received email to say the Order will be delivered in December. And now 1-day before christmas when the room and Furniture was supposed to be used, we called to check and were told Sorry we have not been able to deliver. Does homesdirect365 have any concept of delivery time or customer inconveience. We want to dispute the order now, as it is past its purpose. How can we be confident of quality from a company that cant even manage its timesclaes for delivery. And the customer service staff has been rudely asked to throw terms and conditions in the face of customer inconvenience. We are thoroughly disappointed in the customer service experience at this point. From the experience we have had with the customer service we dont think that this compalint is going to make any difference to our experience. From a very dissasitified customer. Regards

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. Very rude staff and very unsympathetic to the fact I'd waited 4 months for my item to arrive and on the day it was meant to arrive they contact and tell me it won't be delivered. I wouldn't mind but they had me take time off work to be home and take delivery. No apology and no compensation to the fact I will have taken 2 days off work.

I ordered my furniture at the beginning of August having confirmed both in writing and over the phone that it would be delivered by the end of August. I telephoned at the end of August having heard nothing to be informed it would be the end of September. I was not contacted about any delay and no apology for this was made. Having contacted again at the end of September I was again informed that there was a delay and it would be end of October. No one during this time thought to contact me to let me know of any delay or apologise or provide any explanation or discount for the delay. It is now end of October and I still have no furniture... I have been informed that it will be sometime in November but no one can give me a date when it may or may not be delivered and again I have had to continuously chase for any information. Still no apology or compensation for the 3 month delay. In the mean time I am 7 months pregnant and have no bedroom furniture so all my clothes are on the floor which makes getting dressed extremely tricky! There is no indication still as to when I will receive my furniture... the saga continues! Horrendous customer service.

I have taken 3 days off work and had to chase this company. 6 months later I still have a damaged product and no resolution (they cannot give a delivery period other than a 12 hour slot where you have to wait for the product Mon-Fri). The sales/Delivery team have no regard. They cut and paste canned response. Use at your peril.

Order an item on the 06/12/2017, received today 08/02/2018 very disappointed, customer services very poor. Not sure if I will ever place another order with this company.

Poor poor customer service, over 17 weeks I waited for a bed (payment took up front of course) never got updates unless i asked. They may say up to 16 weeks for non in stock items but they then give you a shorter delivery scale then just keep pushing it back and back again Item arrived, main bed looks ok but materials of poor quality, when i complained and asked for some money back, i was told they could either collect the whole bed i'd waited all that time for or I could have a £20 credit for their site! When you think the delivery alone is more than that and I would never spend any money with this horrendous company again. Their customer service is just appalling

WEB70863 My experience with the Estelle Bed, the images on their website are extremely misleading, the footboard of the Estelle bed is only ornate one side so when you are laying in bed looking at the footboard there is no pattern. The sides of the Estelle bed on the website are concealed, this is because they also come plain so you think you are ordering a solid ornate bedframe but that isn’t the case. The sides I received to the bed were white the footboard and headboard were cream!! I assumed I had received the wrong sides because of the colour difference & the instructions show ornate sides however customer service informed me they are generic instructions and the Estelle bed does not come with ornate sides, and the colour difference is because the headboard and footboard have been through the aging process but the sides do not get treated with the same process, Would you knowingly order a bed with cream head & footboard with white sides?! I was informed I could have a full refund but they could not collect the bed until the 25th October and the refund would then processed bearing in mind they delivered the bed on the 7/10 its not acceptable to wait that long for collection and have no bed in the meantime, so they then said i could use the current bed and they would deliver a new one and take this one away in December!! again unreasonable time frame, also if the sides don't go through the aging process then isn't the next bed they bring me going to be exactly the same? i subsequently informed them that as they could not collect and replace in a reasonable timeframe i would prefer to be compensated they offered me £50 credit voucher its laughable isn't it not even 10% of the price I paid for the bed, extremely insulting. so they don't try and resolve complaints to keep a customer happy, they do exactly as they want I am only waiting until December for a new bed because that is when they are delivering in the area. in conclusion– their images & description on the website are totally misleading and obtaining a refund or replacement is not made easy, and they don't listen or deal with complaints effectively.

Be warned! Do not order anything and expect it in the time quoted! I placed an order on 3rd July and £1049 left my bank account with delivery expected in 6 weeks time. As of end of September I am still waiting - currently 12 weeks later and still no date for delivery Now I don't mind waiting on furniture-it is to be expected. However this company have consistently told me incorrect information. I am now informed that the product is subject to the wood drying out, it being built, it spending 5 weeks at sea (its shipped from Indonesia you see)..then time at dock, time with customer, then delivery arranged 2 weeks after it has docked! So sad to say I have no faith in this company because they have consistently told me wrong information.

Worst furniture on the market. Worst furniture company. First of all delivery was 6 weeks late from promised date, delivery date has been changed few times using all sorts of excuses. Finally then furniture arrived I was shocked after I unwrapped it. The quality of materials was terrible, every single item been damaged or has defects. Antique French stile bed got nails sticking half way out, some wood been treated with some toxic paint, smell is unbelievable, some legs are broken, got feeling what somebody drunk build it up, how the hell something like that can pass quality control and end up on the British market!!!! White mirrow frame arrived damage, yellow glue spots are every few inches apart! Bed side tables finishing is very rough. The chair was a total joke, after I've sit on in the first time the glue between material and frame come of in few places. AVOID this company if u can, don't be fooled by nice pictures on the website, the staff you will receive will be total crap and not fit for purpose. This company haven't got showroom for a reason! Safe you time , money and nerves . AVOID them!!!

I ordered a bed adding up to the price of £600 with delivery. waited nearly 3mouths for bed to arive, as they kept changing my delivery date! when it did it had a peace of wood chipped of the head board and lots of cracks in the wood! the bolts are completely rushed! I have been offered a replacement bed but would have to wait the same amount of time (up to 3 mouths) for a new bed. ( in the mean while do I sleep on the mattress on the floor!?) they can not offer me money off off the bed just £40 gift voucher - witch I would not be using!! I can not believe we have spent this on a bed for it to turn up in such poor quality!!! Gutted
