Still waiting for a pair of sandals originally ordered in early May. The package took 3 weeks to arrive. Didn't like the color so sent them back, within days, for another color, using the pre-paid label supplied by Hotter. The shoes did arrive at the label address according to my Post Office receipt. It is now the beginning of September. After 3-4 e-mails to Hotter explaining my complaint, and including the receipt number and my customer number, I have heard nothing. I regularly ordered from Hotter--no more! Their so-called "service" leaves me cold. Be aware!

I will never buy Hotter shoes again. The soles literally rot away when having been used for a very short time. This is the third pair, get a grip Hotter your composition soles are absolute rubbish. Buyer beware. I sent an email with photos to customer complaints for the first pair, and they were so unhelpful. Never again.

I have always had good experience with Hotter shoes. Comfort and fit unbeatable until I purchasedl Ripple sandals they gave blisters on my toes and heels, the bottom of my feet rubbed by the most uncomfortable inner soles after wearing just for a few hours, I'm so disappointed because they looked so nice.

Well, I returned a pair of sandals as they didn't fit, that was 31st July 2020. I returned them to a Hermes drop off store, have a receipt, and tracking still says we have your parcel and its on its way back to Hotter. Really? I have sent several emails, no response at all. I have been a customer for several years now, That's it I'm afraid.

This is my second review, the first being negative but this one I believe is fair and positive. I left a message for someone to call me. I had a call half an hour later by a very efficient lady called angelica. I have been trying for more than four weeks, and many emails with various people, to return a pair of Mist walking shoes. Despite giving all the information requested and waiting all day yesterday for a collection which didn't happen, I felt very disappointed with hotter. However after speaking with angelica i feel that my complaint has been taken seriously and we have agreed that I will now take them to a drop off shop. Hopefully my faulty shoes will now be dealt with. Thankyou Angelica for your help and patience.

I have been trying to return a pair of faulty shoes for several weeks. Various emails and yesterday was asked to stay in between 8am and 8 pm as they would now be collected. Brilliant I thought. However once again disappointed with the lack of service as no courier arrived. These shoes cost almost 100 pounds. Very disappointed

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on July 20, 2020. I never received a tracking number or proof under my account that this order was ever placed. I was confused so I called and emailed several times for confirmation and updates, but NO response. One pair arrived a few days ago. Upsettingly, these shoes were scuffed up, smelly, and had obviously been worn. Today, someone finally answered my call. I told him I had returned the shoes because they were faulty and used, and to please credit me for the shipping charges. His response to me was it's up to them and asked me if I wanted to cancel my order for the other pair of shoes and I said yes. This company had really gone down and needs to get its act together. I used to love this shoe company. Other companies are now operating fine during this pandemic, so there is no excuse.

Was originally recommended to buy Hotter shoes by my podiatrist. I still have some of my oldest purchases, which were fine. The soles of my last two pairs soon started to split and then completely crumbled and disintegrated while I was walking. I now learn that this has been a known problem for several years.

I have been buying Hotter shoes for many years and am very satisfied with them. However i now discover that you cannot returns via the Post Office or book a Hermes return. This is extremely annoying. The local shop has closed and the Hermes shop is not convenient. If this is their new policy they have lost a very good customer.

Impossible to contact company by either email or phone to obtain refund for postage costs on two pairs of faulty sandals - seems a deliberate policy not to refund postage even when goods faulty- what a scam! Will not be shopping with Hotter again.

Ordered 2 pair of shoes 6 weeks ago. Took 18 days to get the first pair and still have not received the second pair after 6 weeks. Called customer service a month ago to inquire about the second pair and was told they should ship soon but still haven’t received them. Sent an email inquiry 2 weeks ago, they indicated I would get a response within 48 hours. Never received that response and have not been able to reach anyone on the phone after several attempts. Very disappointing! I will not order from them again.

Ordered Pacific wedges. Delivery time fine but not the shoes. My feet are somewhat dainty but I couldn't even get the strap into the first hole! Return is through a shop outside our area in London- no parking. Husband did the 35/ 40 minutes walk in the heatwave (90 plus degrees) and he's 81. You need a local returns point. And free returns. Shame really because Hotter used to be so good.

Comfortable but soles are very flimsy especially some sandal styles. I recently fell quite badly I was wearing hotter sandals and I think I tripped over the sole which got caught in a branch

I have received a catalogue from Hotter and wanted to change my previous order as the price had reduced on the shoes I ordered in July. I have now been trying to contact Hotter by phone for over a week, calling 6 or more times daily, there is never anyone answering, I don’t think there is anyone working there, I also sent an email and there has been no response to that either. I have now given up....a bad experience from a company who used to be so good, shocking customer service, or I should say no customer service!

Ordered on June 13, 2020. The order was for two pairs. Today is July 30 and still no shoes. I have sent several emails with no response. I talked to two different women who said they would trace the shipment. No response. I contacted the credit card company and disputed the charge. Then I was sent two emails assuring me the shoes would arrive in a couple of days. Still no shoes. The tracking info. shows they have been in Atlanta, GA - 6 days. I just held on the phone for over an hour with no answer. These people should close up shop. Never will I order from them again.

Well made. I usually order 5.5 or 6 depending on widths available but Katya 6 std was too long and too wide even for my daughter who wears 6.5. Made in Vietnam printed on inside of upper where customer is unlikely to see it. So much for all their claims about made in their UK factory! Phoned Hotter to arrange return f.o.c. as no other sizes left so no exchange possible.

I visited your Canterbury branch today (I always get my shoes from Hotters) and was served by a young man called David. I decided to purchase a pair of sandles when he said "Those look a little tight across the top. I'll go and get a slightly wider pair" He was right! David went the extra mile for me. Thank you Hotters.

Hotter got hidden information about return policy they should tell customers When you return you will be charged. They deducted money from customers after receiving.

I finally received 1 pr of shoes ordered 10 wide ordered 4prs. I took one look and the quality was shotty. The leather around the back top ridge was rought. One shoe looked stretched out. Went to try them on and they didn't even allow my foot to get in😲 I had a friend try them on she is a size 8.5. They barely fit. Needless to say I'm sending them back. But wait then I read their is a $7 charge to send back. So you lose altogether $17. The $10 You pay for shoes to ship and the $7 you pay to return the shoes. Never again will I buy from them. A very unhappy customer. Be aware my shoes were made in Mexico per box they arrived in.😲 I should of investigated company reviews on line and I wouldn't have been burned.
