Well, I should have read these reviews before ordering! If I could give NO stars...I would. I ordered my boots and have been waiting confirmation of shipping or ANYTHING, but nothing. I reached out to customer service via email. The phone number from the US doesn't work. They charged my credit card the full amount...but I have no product. I guess I will have to put a claim in with my credit card. Very unfortunate.

If only I could put no stars. I bought a pair of trainers for my wife's Xmas pressy. The size Hotter suggested did not fit so I returned them for a full refund. Hotter received them back on the 8th January 2020. After 2 weeks I heard nowt so sent an email to Hotter CS, still nowt, tried phoning CS and again nowt....yet phone their order line and they answer. So I questioned my return to be told 21 days minimum and I would not get a full refund. From £37.95 spend they would refund £32.50. They were going to take off delivery to me and the return cost back to them. Which is against UK distance trading law. Fortunately I paid with Paypal so I opened a case with them. After 9 days, and no word from Hotter to me or Paypal, Paypal have just today, 29th Jan, refunded me the full £37.95. I certainly aint shopping there again and I would advise others not to as well.

I have been waiting almost 3 weeks for a refund. Despite sending an email to let them know my shoes had been returned to them and signed for by Royal Mail. Was told I would have to wait at least 21 days before they would look into it. Surely this is not customer service? They don't answer the phone either. May have to make a claim through my credit card. Really annoying

The shoes are really nice- if you fit into their sizing. However, returns are very annoying. The return will take at least a month and if you try to call for a status update, you'll either be put on hold indefinitely or told "I'll look into it" by the lady on the phone and then- "click". I purchased one pair of boots that I wore for a few years and felt were an awesome value, but every pair I've purchased since did not fit my slender foot and had to be returned.

Really like the comfort and style of the Hotter shoes I have purchased in the past. However when ordering a pair last week I first checked they were in stock before finally going ahead with order. I have now received an e-mail telling me they are out of stock snd will not be in stock until 1st March. A seven day delivery has become seven weeks. Never again.

Ordered shoes online.. Excellent sale price Easy to follow site. .Kept informed of delivery, within a week, by Royal Mail. Very happy with shoes and service.

I ordered a pair of shoes and they have not been delivered, nor have I received a shipping notification. This is part the time they stated for delivery. I followed up with two emails to their customer service, which they never responded to, and tried calling their customer service phone but no one answered. They did charge me the day of the order.

I have always loved Hotter shoes - until I got the Belgravia boots MADE IN INDIA, glued, minimal stitching, bizarre sizing - and yes they charge to return even when they have misrepresented the boots as made in England with high quality leather and stitching

Hotters sent me 2 pairs of shoes in a very wrong size and asking them for a return label was a long struggle. They received them back on December 21 - USPS # 9202 3901 0078 4700 0007 6452 06. Since then, I called their 1-8660378-7811 numerous times, and also e-mailed. No response of any kind, and they didn't return my $140 - I called Visa yesterday, January 20.

Best and most comfortable shoes ever! I need a ladies size 9 and nowhere ele could I find such well made, real leather, breatheable, and stylish shoes. I can't bear the thought that they may close down. PLEASE KEEP GOING!!

I have bought 4 pairs of Hotter Shoes since lockdown. I like their quality, design and they are very comfortable. They have wide and extra wide fit which really suit me. The shoes were made in the UK and price is very reasonable. I also have to mention that their service is very good. As I don’t speak English well, their staff are very patient, friendly, and advised me on what kind shoes suit me better professionally.

Cannot get a return label for boots that do not fit. Cannot call because of no response. Cannot go to return website because it states that it does not recognize my order number but I am staring at it and made no mistake filling it in. Hotter shoes is the worst I want my money back. They have lost a good customer because this is it.

Ordered pair of boots December 29th money went out my bank account next day, no boots ,no email , no replies to my enquiries or answer to many phone calls! Not good service.

I ordered shoes for mother and received them and she loved them. We ordered two more pairs and only one was received. I sent email to no response and there is no answer when I call the customer service line 866-378-7811 (US). They have great product, I wish customer service was also as pleasant.

Order boots online and received. Didnt fit, returned them the day I received. Paid £85. Asked for refund, that was 18th December 2020. So far, no refund and no word from Hotter. Have tried to phone many times....no answer. Sent e-mail....no reply. Hotter in trouble and suspect Ive seen the last of my £85🤑

Waited over half an hour with query regarding a return. Impossible to understand what was being said because speech kept cutting out and transmission poor over Hotter's customer service connection. Person cut call off from me. Tried ringing again held on for over thirty three minutes and a lovely lady clearly explained what I needed to know. Please Hotter Executives, if you read this, please do something about the returns advice and customer service telephone connection improvements.

CAREFULLY CHECKED PRECISE FOOT MEASUREMENTS BUT WHEN ORDER ARRIVED TOO NARROW. TRYING TO TELEPHONE ANG GET INFORMATION ON QUESTION REGARDING RETURN AND REPLACEMENT THE MOST DIFFICULT EVER EXPERIENCED. PERSON WHO ANSWERED PHONE AFTER 32 MINUTES WAIT IMPOSSIBLE TO HEAR CLEARLY AND CALL KEPT CUTTING OUT, SHE DISCONNECTED CALL. WILL NOT ORDER ONLINE DURING LOCKDOWN WHEN CANNOT RETURN GOODS TO SHOP

I have purchased (far too many) Hotter shoes and boots over the last few years and have never been disapointed with the footwear or Hotter's sevice. Since lockdown March 2020 I've walked almost every day, often 2-3 miles over rough frequently wet tracks, in Leanne - and they're still going strong. Around October 2020 I bought a pait of Blenheim boots. They're great, very muddied up at the moment, but I can highly recommend them!

This company does not allow you to return an item. I've tried numerous times to obtain a return label by email and phone and was unsuccessful. They never responded and have a 30 day return policy. They are a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I placed my order 16 days ago, and have not had any communication from Hotter since the confirmation email that immediately followed my order. I have no idea what the status is. I have sent 3 emails requesting information and have not gotten any response. The phone is never answered. I've been trying to call for days.
