Have a great range of goods, but since there are no stores locally we have to order online which is very expensive when we have to return as they do not offer a Hermes collection only post

Ordered a particular size and received the wrong size even the size tag doesn’t match with the original tag on trousers

Product from Paul Smith was great as expected. Delivery timescale reasonable but cost of delivery expensive and out of line with competitors.

As product quality and part of delivery had smoth until the final stage. As per Skynet e-mail, I can trace all the way of delivery and very happy until it arrive to the final depot of Gibraltar. I notice that my parcel arrived at 5th Oct and call them at 6th for delivery to home. We agree about the rate of custom clearance with cash or cards whatever available and will deliver next morning. But they didn't delier until 8th October (today) and Finally I've to call them around 2:20 pm. The customer service said I don't want to pay for custom duty & service fees and thus is the reason they don't deliver. I'm shock why they get this idea as total amount is just £10.90 only and I've agree to pay already since 6th Oct. They do deliver today evening finally and I paid with cash in full. I strongly command the staffs Gibraltar depot need to train for customer service as their customer service scale seen lower than other Skynet depot in UK. Apart from that I'm very happy with my parcel.

I am appalled at delivery costs from H.O.F. - and then to discover that I had to pay for return too??? That was the final straw.No alternative offered ie return to store. So an item that was out of stock everywhere else - H.O.F. was my only option. On top of the purchase price it cost me an extra £9 to try on a damn dress! Never again! In mitigation the refund process has been implemented very quickly so some saving grace.... but sadly not enough.

Collected my ordered item on Saturday and all was fine apart from the young lady who gave me my parcel had her mask on under her chin which I must say I found worrying, couldn’t wait to get out.

Brought a lovely bag costing £295. It didnt come wrapped in any sort of protection, no bubble wrap or anything like that, just a basic parcel bag. I also had to pay for delivery, which I dont mind when things get sent properly protected, but in this case it wasnt. Most places also don't charge for delivery when spending larger amount. Won't be first place to shop

Having to pay £4.99 postage and then pay again if retuning/exchanging was disappointing and not competitive with other retailers providing online shopping.

Delivery was quick. Bought an item of clothing and when it arrived it had a lower price on the tag then what I paid online which made me feel a bit cheated !

Ordered a basketball hoop for my boys due to the schools being shut up until September. Took 3 weeks to arrive. Understandable during the current events, however it would be nice if HoF kept you updated.

Happy with how quick the delivery came, however I had to return an item as it didn't fit and this cost me £8 postage as I couldn't return to a store because I ordered online! Also the security tag was still on a pair of pants which i had to take to sports direct to take off! Spending over £100 you do not expect this.

I won't be shoppping there again!...I have bought lots of clothes in this shop over the years but never again....I have just tried to exchange 2 T shirts that were bought for me as a gift but we're a size to small...Unfortunately the receipt was lost and the items were bought with cash so no proof of purchase! although the staff at the desk admitted that the items were purchased from there shop as it had all labels & bar codes still attached they still refused to exchange for a different size...no wonder people shop on line & these stores are closing down....HOUSE OF FRASER ....your returns policy stinks!!!!!

I used to be a huge fan of House of Fraser and was my favourite store but i experience more and more issues... lately the shoe box that arrived had huge amount of visible dust on top... it looked like it came from a building site. In the era where great customer service is essential it's sad that House of Fraser lowers its standards rather than increasing it. Ps. I order online as i cannot find anything anymore in the store.

I would shop more with House of Fraser, however I find their website so slow it can take minutes to return to items while shopping. I try for a while then give up and try other online shops who are not experiencing this issue.
