“My experience with My Pet Cab was outstanding. They called me the day before but I couldn’t be on the phone too long so the representative offered to text me. I appreciated the flexibility! Ramiro was our pet cab driver and he was great. He texted me when he was about an hour away and he even came earlier than he said! He also answered my text after he had left as I forgot to ask a question. I appreciated all the customer support to bring our puppy home :)”

“My driver was Dean, and he was absolutely wonderful. He did a great job of keeping me up to date on the delivery of my new puppy; he was kind, courteous, and concise on all telephone calls and text updates, and when he arrived at my residence, he continued to express a great attitude towards me and my new puppy. I initially had some anxiety regarding having a puppy delivered to my home, but Dean's amazing attitude and caring nature relieved all of that immediately. I am very grateful to My Pet Cab for bringing my new best friend to me, and Dean made the experience a great memory with all of the care and kindness that he showed. Thank you!”

“My Pet Cab was fantastic! We met your driver, Bob at the airport because we were so excited to welcome our new pup and he was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Not only did he safely transition pup into our arms but he walked us through everything we needed to know with enthusiastic care. Thank you My Pet Cab!”
