“Wanted to get my sister something different for her birthday this year and found Iapetus. Ordered 2 items of hand made jewelry which arrived promptly. The items came beautifully wrapped and along with some very excited comments and images of the gifts I got this message from my sister "Literally perfect.. They couldn't have done a better job.. And the highest quality of tissue paper , Ribbon and boxes... I'm fussy.. and I'm very impressed..x" It quite literally made her day. On another note, as this was my first order with Iapetus, I called the next day to ask a few questions and spoke to Ryan. He was extremely helpful and very pleasant to talk to. He gave me the confidence that I had made the right choice to place my order with Iapetus. I will absolutely be using these guys again when another occasion arises. Not to mention that the items themselves are beautiful and far superior to anything that could have been found on the high street. Credit where it is due. Good job guys! Cheers, Steven”

“Lovely helpful staff , lovely little personal touches such as the lovely notes that accompany your lovingly wrapped and gorgeous gifts .. just a wonderful place to shop in , and A pleasure to order from ! I can't rate the service from the staff , or the delightful gifts highly enough - you ALWAYS have a smile on your face after receiving your items or talking to the staff - they are so helpful and Nothing is too much trouble !! I more than highly recommend this shop ... and I do too !! Thank you to the lovely girl in the Malvern branch who helped me so much over the phone with my recent order , and to Ryan from the Worcester branch who completed my order and for his lovely note and for the thoughtful way in which he individually wrapped my gifts in tissue paper and put them in separate bags to make things much easier for me ! Thank you SO much !!!!!”
