“Very small on-line order but that didn't stop a lot of attention being paid to it. Arrived beautifully gift wrapped and labelled ready to send straight on. Recipient was pleased with it too!”

“I just wanted to drop you a note to say thanks for shipping the ring to me - I'm pleased to say that I received it this morning and..... ..... I'm over the moon with it...! The whole experience of dealing with your company has been brilliant; from my initial call guiding me through the perils of buying my wife jewellery for Christmas to clear & honest communication throughout my dealings with you displaying your company integrity. The fact that you managed the process from end to end meeting a difficult deadline at the busiest time of year is testament to the obvious quality and commitment of the staff at the company . To say I'm impressed is an understatement - and all this from a Google search!!! The ring is amazing - just what I wanted so please pass my thanks over to Fi for her obvious efforts in making something so beautiful. The packaging, chocolates and hand written note take the whole service received from your company into the stratusphere in my opinion..! Please feel free to utilise part or all of this communication within your reference / marketing material - your service has been outstanding. Thank you and Merry Christmas..!”

“When I called about not knowing my daughter's ring size the member of stafff was very helpful. The two rings arrived within the designated time and they were beautifully wrapped and packaged. The rings themselves are really lovely!!”

“I feel so lucky to have Iapetus on our doorstep in Malvern, all of my friends love it as you're absolutely guaranteed to find a fabulous gift for anyone you know: the only drawback is finding all the lovely gifts you didn't intend to buy for yourself at the same time and having to give the ones away that you bought for others in the first place!!!
