“I ordered an Advent calendar as a last minute gift. iapetus contacted me very quickly to ask if I would like them to add a handwritten message and to leave the receipt out of the package. I was very touched by the friendly email and consideration. The calendar arrived promptly and the recipients loved it. Super happy all round!”

“Had an item out of stock online. I emailed and asked for an update and they replied next day. Said website error and they had 2 in stock and were going to update website or I could call to order. Website updated straight away and I was able to order online, super service. Quick dispatch and beautiful item with quick delivery.”

“The angel is beautiful. Not overstated as some are and it looks so delicate yet is sturdy. The packaging it arrived in was unbelievable, tissue wrapped in an envelope box, inside a packed box wrapped and taped extremely securely. As I said, unbelievable, especially since I have bought more expensive items elsewhere and had very poor packaging. Would rate this company 10 if it were possible and will DEFINITELY use them again. Thank you Peter Marshall”

“I have just wasted 1 hour choosing over £75.00 worth of cards ,which should qualify me for free delivery ,however I live on a Scottish island ...which now means I have to pay for postage even though the cost of post is exactly the same through royal mail!It would be fairer to state in your free postage logo that this only applies to the UK mainland.”

We're so sorry for the confusion with our free postage offer. I have just emailed you directly, but in summary our postage function isn't quite as sophisticated as we'd like and it struggles with Highlands and Islands. You can actually select UK Mainland as a shipping region and it will still work for UK non-Mainland addresses, giving your free postage on most items (excluding bulky and heavy items). I appreciate this isn't at all clear and we are working on trying to get this resolved. All the very best, Chris iapetus
