“I went online and bought a lovely pair of earrings to be picked up at the shop in Malvern. They were ready for me in the chest of drawers behind the lovely assistant, when I went into their beautiful shop. I did ask whether the points gained were put onto my iapetus card, and it had been added. Wonderful!!”

“Customer service excellent & very human. Bought a beautiful olive wood chopping board at a reasonable price. It arrived quickly & well packaged. Only slight grumble is that there was no label or card to say where it was made. But that's nothing. I'd definitely order again, & would recommend "iepetus" to others.”

“I placed two orders at different times. The first order, a throw, came within the time line Iapetus gave me, the throw was packed in tissue paper and then into a sturdy outer box with a lovely hand written note, nice touch! The second item, ladies shoulder wrap, was delivered the day after it was ordered, again came wrapped in tissue paper with a note, inside a sturdy box. So great customer service, with a nice personal touch. Well done.”

“Jo Downs glass handmade bowl a quality item bought as a Christmas gift ( although it doesn't sit perfectly flat and "rocks" a wee bit ). I have bought a few gift items from Iapetus over the last year or so and they have always offered an excellent service. Their parcels are always so beautifully wrapped it is almost a shame to open them up, but when you do there is always a hand written thank you note on the despatch note, which is a nice personal touch.”

“I'm a real lover of all things small and shiny and Iapetus has an amazing selection of designer jewellery. They also stock a great selection of other gift items, and cards for all occasions. I have ordered products on several occasions and have never been disappointed. Items always arrive promptly and are very well packaged. Highly recommend Iapetus. Has to be my favourite internet shopping site.”
