We are committed to designing and crafting easy living furniture that brings calm into your world. “Adam (Co-founder of IconByDesign) turned what under the table could have been a delivery disaster into a delivery delight and an exceptional on-line purchase experience. First, the Magnus Oak dining table is refined and beautiful. Simple, smooth and strong. 63x35 is perfect for a small dining area. With multiple-colored hardwoods in a large open kitchen, dining and living area…the light oak table is perfect on the dark hardwood floor. The Nestor chairs are super comfortable. The arms slide completely under the table with a few inches of the back showing above the table. Second, Adam jumped in and helped when I had an issue with a regional delivery service. I will be ordering again!”

“Purchased solid oak Olivia dining room table and chair set for our new home in Vail Colorado. They fit the mountain modern decor perfectly. Because it is a second home and we are only here part of the year having a flexible delivery option was important to us. They worked with us to get the furniture delivered and setup on the date promosed with no hassles. Overall a perfect experience and we're about to order the Magnus oak bench to compliment the table & chairs.”

“We just bought a house and we've had a round glass table top with a rod iron base in our house for decades. Our existing table doesn't work in the new space. We went online looking for a simple solid wood oval table that fit the space along with the new chairs. The smaller table works perfectly in the space and looks great with the new chairs. It's a bit narrower at the ends than we thought it would be but it still works great.”

“What a pleasure doing business with IconByDesign! The organization has an excellent process in place to provide potential customers the opportunity to speak with a "real person" and ask questions about the products and ordering process. The ordering process was seamless with communication and status updates throughout. My order of Olivia Dining Chairs and Magnus Bench was received within two weeks. Delivery included "white glove" service with pre-delivery phone calls to establish an agreed upon delivery date and time. Products were placed where I wanted them without having to deal with boxes and packing material and best of all, I did not have to do any product set-up myself.”

“Bought the Magnus dining set with 6 leather chairs in two split orders. I was specifically looking for this classic minimalist Swedish design in solid oak. It is a lighter finish and looks just like the pictures on the website. The second order delivered by Metropolitan was a better experience. Overall I certainly would recommend this quality furniture to any discerning customer.”

“The furniture is nicely designed and seems sturdy. I have been frustrated with my customer service experience though. Part of my shelving unit arrived broken and customer service initially said they didn’t see what the problem was even though the whole shelf was split into two pieces! A replacement piece was shipped but has to go through a special delivery company that has pushed back my delivery. It has been nearly a month since I ordered and over two weeks since I reported the problem and I still don’t have a fully functional item. I wish they had been able to mail the shelf directly to me as I would’ve happily installed it myself to save some time.”

“I love my Magnus table and chairs! I spent a lot of time searching dining tables and chairs. I was thrilled to find this gem. This is a high quality product made in the US. It compares to dining furniture sold by West Elm, Crate and Barrel and Pottery Barn.”

“After the furniture arrived at the final mile hub, my experience was that communication/service broke down - 10 days after arriving at the final mile I had to reach out at least twice to schedule delivery - the first delivery failed and no one kept me informed - their software was problematic. I had to call/message/email multiple times to get the furniture delivered. I thought I had been duped. Finally got hold of a driver who successfully delivered my furniture. Unhappy experience, but satisfied with the furniture and would like to order more.”
