"I am writing this review because I have always loved Ikea but it came to my attention that some of the products sold by Ikea have several toxic materials in it. Online the material and care tab does not show all the compounds the product has, except of stainless steel and aluminum. But when in the store you read the label you might be surprised and disappointed the least!\r\nPlease read the label and find out: This specific pot MIDDAGSMAT has:\r\nFormaldehyde (Very Toxic)\r\nOctamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4)\r\nDecamethylcyclopentasiloxane (D5)\r\nDecamethylcyclohexasiloxane (D6)\r\nNot sure why Ikea is selling these products to anyone.\r\nPlease be savvy but smart and read the labels and check what is in it.\r\nI was looking for a pot but not for toxics!"

At the time I was only given a phone number to contact and I was told by an employee of them to get my own plumber out and send them the invoice and they would pay for the damages they Caused, However, when I attempted to get my money back the company Absolutely refused to acknowledge any requests, Firstly, they accepted blame, And said they knew what happened. But then very quickly backtrack and said they weren\u2019t gonna do anything to help as we got our own plumber and they were not gonna pay for it because we were meant to use theirs\u2026. After a week of back-and-forth with this company over whether or not we would get our money back for the services of the plumber we used based on the information that we were given by them, We contacted IKEA again on the matter, And were told that they stand by this company 100% and agree with them and that we\u2019re out of luck with our \u00a3425 that we had to spend in order to heat our house for our one-year-old child\u2026. I find it absolutely disgusting that a company that swears it\u2019s dedicated to its customers. is so proudly willing to stand behind one of their partners who is clearly in the wrong\u2026. I am absolutely disgusted with the behaviour of not only the companies they deal with but the customer service representative I\u2019ve been in contact with that is directly linked to IKEA\u2026 I know this review is long winded but I really do hope you take it into consideration before purchasing anything for delivery from IKEA\u2026."

"We bought the FRIHETEN Corner sofa-bed with storage from Ikea for Crossrail Cottage - our beautiful serviced apartment in West Ealing, and we are super happy with it. \r\nOur guests love how stylish it is. The blue gives our place real a pop of colour!\r\nIt is also super comfortable, the perfect place to relax and sleep! And the storage is brilliant too. \r\nOur guests like to curl up and relax on it after a long day sightseeing in London!\r\nGreat sofa! Thanks Ikea!"
