“Great communication thoughout the order and easy to pick the date required. My only ask is if we could have picked a delivery time as I ordered it for a birthday breakfast and it didnt arrive until lunchtime - I would have paid more to lock in pre 9am for example. Not a compliant as the service was great, just a recommendation to make it perfect!”

“I received the Pamper Hamper and WOW! It’s such a lovely gift. The candle smells incredible and the wine went down a treat with the chocolates, as a busy mum it was nice to have an experience to enjoy at home and much nicer than the usual supermarket flowers - even if I did have to share the crisps with my husband and daughter! It was delivered quickly and the quality of the products was lovely and well thought about Thank you IMP & MAKER I will definitely be ordering in future 🥰”

“We purchased the Whispering Angel Rosé & Artisan Cheeseboard Gift Hamper and Iconic Happy Birthday Chocolate Selection Baton 9 Collection as a gift for our friend and she was absolutely thrilled. We had previously purchased a gift from Imp & Maker for her husband and they was so impressed not only with the products but also the superb packaging. The service right from the initial order followed by the regular emails was first class and delivery is always on time. Their customer service team are excellent so helpful and very knowledgable about all their products. All in all they are a great company with super staff so thank you Imp & Maker and keep up the good work.”
