“Very good service. I ordered late on a Saturday and requested a Monday delivery. The box was received on Monday morning. Excellent! I also received a very nice email confirming my order. Keep up the good work. Thank you.”

“After doing plenty of research across different companies offering corporate gifts, IMP and Maker really stood out. Their professionalism is clear across the board. The website looks great, functions perfectly, and the hampers are beautifully presented with real care. It gave me that luxury feel I was aiming for. What impressed me even more was their concierge service. At one point, I wasn’t sure what to order for a client, so I decided to give them a call (in all honesty, I didn't expect the phone to be answered just based on my usual customer service experiences with companies across the board). A team member answered my call swiftly, heard me out, and connected me with Sarah, the owner, who took the time to understand my requirements and suggested a few gift options that tend to land really well based on her experience and my situation. I was genuinely impressed by that level of service. I’ve ordered from IMP and Maker several times now, and our clients absolutely love the welcome gifts. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to go the extra mile and leave a lasting impression.”

“The Ultimate Italian Hamper was a retirement gift. The recipient said actually opened the hamper, and indeed tried quite a few of the offerings, I am even more grateful. It was a very welcome relief not to receive alcohol as I am not much of a drinker and clearly the majority of my clients, who have been kind enough to buy me a gift, think I am! The Ultimaye Italian Pantry Hamper was just what we were looking for - a quality hamper without alcohol. The recipient said '...we will definitely keep details of the hamper provider, as we did think it was top quality'. He also said, having received many bottles of drink what a relief it was to receive a gift that wasn't alcohol. Thank you so much - it was the perfect gift!”

“Having had a hamper given to us that we thoroughly enjoyed, we got one for a friends 70 birthday. Unfortunately through no fault of yours DPD delivered it a day late which spoilt it à bit.”
