“Very friendly and efficient staff, Ryan was exceptionally helpful on Sunday when I had a concern regarding the delivery address however, he dealt with it and confirmed everything speedily. I will definitely use Imp & Maker again in the future. Also excellent quality products were received 👌”

“I bought this hamper as a birthday gift for my sister and brother in laws shared 60th birthdays! From start to finish the service I received was second to none. It arrived beautifully packaged, everything wonderfully fresh on the designated day. This was my first time using IMP & Maker but it won’t be the last! “My original order didn’t go as planned, but not only was I refunded promptly, buy Ryan reached out and said he didn’t want to leave me without a real view of the service and sent a complimentary hamper. Truly excellent service, and a brilliant hamper!”

“Customer service was second to none! I called to speak to a customer adviser and he (Ryan) was so helpful. I wanted to buy a birthday hamper for my sister and her husband’s joint 60th birthdays. Ryan and I discussed the breakfast hampers, and I chose the salmon with sourdough bread and all the trimmings. The Hamper was realistically priced for the quality items inside, and arrived on time as expected everything intact and fresh! I highly recommend IMP and MAKER hampers to anyone who has impeccable taste in their cuisine. Thank you very much for a wonderful service! 5*****”
