“I ordered 24 rolls of a specific product which was a little over $30 per pack but learned after placing the order that it was not available. Received a call from Fiona, who was great BTW, explaining the issue. Was told I would receive a higher R value product for my project. So I agreed to the change however on delivery day I only received 19 rolls of product (which was $52 per roll) which was short of what was needed for my project. I originally ordered enough to cover 720 sq ft but received 712. When I requested a refund for at least one roll I never heard back from anyone. At that price and cost of delivery I could have ordered from Home Depot. On a side note, Fiora and Ruth from customer service were very helpful.”
“While doing a Google search for specific size and type of insulation, insulation4us came up while other results of the search were weak on where to purchase.. looking over the site i felt comfortable buying, so placed the order.. i did use the email to contact for help, as i was looking to see when i should expect to receive shipment.. i was provided a timely response, on Friday, after the weekend i received a call from delivery co, and was delivered monday.. for sure i will use insulation4us”
“Great prices on insulation, but shipping cost was a little steep. The delivery company called and said they would deliver at 7am, and at 9am I called and found that they had dropped off my order at the wrong location (someone actually signed for it!), and had to go get it back and bring it to MY house! Maybe insulation4us should vet their delivery companies better!”
“This was my first order. Fiona was very helpful. The order arrived 2 days late and 10 sheets were damaged. I filed a claim with Southeastern Freight. I haven't received a response from them.”
“My order has not arrived yet this morning, so I'm writing this review a little early. My order seems to be arriving promptly and kudos for that, but; one area that might have helped me is allowing me to pick up the order myself if you shipped it locally. If you had told me it was within say- 50 miles of my location, I would gladly have picked it up myself and saved myself the $60.00 shipping charge. You offer a great service, but it certainly would have been better for me if I could have picked up the order myself. That said, since the order hasn't arrived yet this morning, I don't know where it came from. So the point may be mute for me but that added service might help someone else someday. “This is the second time I have ordered this product from your organization and it has not been ready either time ordered. Delay last time 30 days to ship. Estimate shipping this time 24 days at this time. Prompt shipping is advertised. This does not seem prompt to me. Fail 2/2 attempts.”

Sorry to here on both occasions there was a delay in getting your order to you.
95% of all our orders are delivered in a 3 to 5 day lead time. However in some cases there can be a delay due to stock levels in different locations across the country.
We do our best to have a full a range as possible in each of our warehouses. However in some cases products like Rockwool (which was on both your orders) may run low or out of stock temporarily until a truckload arrives in with new stock from Rockwool.
Recently Rockwool and some other mineral wool brands have been struggling to keep up with market demand and can have a longer lead time than normal and sometimes this can catch us out when we need to order new material.
We are used to a 7 - 10 day turnaround time from when ordering a full truckload to when it arrives in one of our yards. However recently this has been pushed out to 4 to 6 weeks in some cases. This can then unfortunately have an effect on when our customers receive their order depending on when they ordered and the manufacturer lead times.
As mentioned earlier typically we have the material in stock and its delivered in 3 to 5 days so there is no issue.
Again sorry for the delay and we are working closely with our suppliers to minimize these delays in he future.

The delivery crew called at 8am, said they'd be there in 1.5 hrs and they were. All in all, super happy with them and would definitely recommend.”
“Very happy with this service and will use it again. I'm insulating the attic and crawlspace with Rockwool in our 1926 southern California house that has no insulation at all. The truck arrived exactly at the time I was told it would be there. When they say to be ready to unload the truck, they mean it! I'm a DIY home owner, not an insulation contractor with forklift and muscles. But the trucker did help to push the heavy loads onto the sidewalk and all was well. I saved hundreds of dollars compared to Lowe's and Home Depot.”
“Had to pay a fortune to buy one package of insulation because of their minimum order requirements and shipping costs. That was January 5. I have still NOT received the order and they are not returning my emails. Not a happy customer here.”
