Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for Honda Civic 2018 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. John Henry on 3rd March 2020. The advisor did contact you the next day to confirm the necessary details wherein you confirmed that you were no longer interested in purchasing motor insurance with us as you got your vehicle insured elsewhere. Not responsive at all for an online insurance market place. It took you 48 hours to get back to me with a quote. Lame Real insurance market places provide you with a quote within 60 mins.
