Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for Hyundai Veracruz 2012 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Ritik on 22nd January 2020. We have identified that the advisor did contacted you on the same day but there was no response. After initial contact, no one ever got back to me to inform me what insurance companies were available to me. Given insurancemarket never contacted me, I’ve had no choice but to continue with the company I’ve been using. Very unprofessional but not surprised to encounter the usual poor level of service in this part of the world, I’ll be informing my colleagues of my experience. Cheers
