“Process is smooth, clear and quick. Staff are very friendly and polite. However, i kept receiving the communication emails from different staff everytime. It would have been really helpful if the advisor is the same person communicating with me through the email, as i had to inform my advisor that this staff and that staff sent me the email. Apart from that, I recommended the company to all of my colleagues at work.”

Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for Ford Mustang 2015 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Arindam on 20th January 2020. The advisor did try to contact you earlier but there was no response. The advisor has requested you to send the Driving License and Registration card. Please note that Comprehensive Insurance for Sports Vehicle is always subject for approval from the underwriters of the insurance company because of the risk involved.
