“Bought insect container which is great, but missing couple of clear square covers for the tubes. Bigger issue was our live order of insects did not have lids that were taped down so upon opening brown box that had gone via Royal Mail, we we welcomed to two boxes of crickets jumping out all over the place! Please can you tape and secure the lids in your live food containers please!!!!!!”

“Bought some orchid bark and a microclimate Evo lite, never heard of the website before so was wondering what to expect…after a few do I don’t I’s I took the plunge and it was the best decision I made tbh great items great price and great service, I will defo be using them in the future 5 star service👍”
