“Awful customer service, damaged box. DPD messed up. I contacted DPD as I work in customer service and found out exactly what happened. I contacted you and you were completely wrong with what you said happened with the parcel. You didn’t even bother phoning them and wouldn’t give any compensation. Just awful.”
