“I've been ordering from Internet Reptiles for years now. They have a good choice of food and equipment for my many different creatures, so I'm very happy. The customer service is 2nd to none and the communication is brilliant. The items are dispatched quickly and arrive quickly. Overall I would not go anywhere else now... I love the reward scheme too, that's a bonus!”

“We ordered a Komodo Vivarium & some other bits. Correspondence was very informative, ours needed to come on a pallet so this was arranged without any issues, turned up when told it would, fully protected inside & outside the box, strapped to the pallet so it wouldn’t move during transit. Even the delivery driver helped me lift it up my front steps so I wouldn’t have to leave it outside. Will defiantly be using again once I have my Chameleon! Thanks guys!”

“Quick and fast delivery of what was ordered,well packaged and on time. Only downside to the order is a price match was guranteed and they didnt reply to price match. So only bought half what I wanted.”

“Easy process to order my frozen aquarium fish food. Website easy to navigate and ordering process simple and quick. Fast courier delivery, excellent packaging, the frozen gel packs kept everything frozen combined with the polystyrene box. Amazingly some of the packs were still frozen solid a few days later having been left outside in + 8 degree temperatures. DPD delivery was brilliant as usual, with the delivery well inside the one hour time slot. I know where I will purchase again when my current supply needs refilling.”
