“Very poor. Ordered some live food for my friends dad who isnt online himself. Dpd tried to deliver on Friday but he didnt get to the door in time and they drove off. When i called DPD they said it should have been marked up as perishable/ live food and they would have left it in a safe place. Instead it was on the back of a lorry until today when we found the live food was all dead. Contacted online and they said theres nothing they can do. Its such a shame because ive used this company for a few years now and it came recommended to me by a friend.”
