“Bought terrarium, got it dispatched and delivered very quickly. Unfortunately 1 glass piece was damaged. So I contacted the support, very quick and on point conversation and my replacement was sorted and dispatched on the same day. No fuss, no stress, absolutely professional and great service on their side. The guys just earned 1 happy customer. Will be using them again as my 1st choice anytime I need something!”
