“I placed an order recently and after receiving the order I found that my product was not fit for purpose as it was fitted with a european plug and there was no statement to say that this would be the case on the website and the photos used on the website clearly show a UK plug is fitted. I emailed the contact details provided on the website to make them aware and have been completely ignored. Not impressed at all.”
