“Amazing service, I used the chat option as i needed help with my gecko setup . I needed a heat lamp light , uvb light and a dimming stat . Talked me through what I needed , what would be best and was happy to answer my questions . Fantastic customer service as always As soon as I was happy with my setup I then purchased all that I needed Your help was very much appreciated AAAA”

“I recently order frozen rats/mice for my snakes, i payed £14.99 for next day d3livery, was emailed it would arrive next day between 12 - 2pm. I didnt receive it till the following day, costing me extra money to buy rats for the 1 night.”

“I was happy about the speed of delivery. I just have one question about the consistency of the ACE High powder. Previous batches have been of a fine powder but this one (and one which I ordered from another source) includes darker and larger granules on the top. It may be that the manufacturers have changed the recipe.”
