“Already contacted you due to an issue with the lack of negative space packaging in my delivery box which caused one item to crack and spill its contents into the box. Expensive equipment like the LED jungle dawn bar not bubblewrapped or anything which seemed odd to me. I did receive an email in reply the following day to appologise and to say they'd pass my comments onto the distribution arm of the business. Hope that was followed through as not doing so could lead to wastage of products and customers kept waiting for replacements. Never had an issue ordering before, so putting it down to a one-time indicent. Luckily all electrical equipment was in working order.”

“I love Internet Reptile. Easy to order on the website. There's usually a code somewhere so I can get a little discount on something which I love. Iv had a couple of things arrive that iv had to contact customer services about and they are brilliant. Everything arrives really quick. Iv recently got a pygmy hedgehog so iv had to start buying bugs every month, they turn up very quick and alive. I wouldnt use anywhere else just because I feel like I get such a good, hassle free service from them.”
