“I bought my livefoid from you instead of my normal go-to internet supplier, as I found you through Give as you Live. The livefood was sent super fast! “Terrible. Would not recommend. My order arrived 1-2 days late despite having paid to have it delivered EARLY (FROM the order date, NOT the dispatch date). Notified you via email that I would not be in on the day of delivery two days prior to its arrival, and received an email that completely glossed over that fact. The item arrived and was left in the sun for 3 and a half days. I contacted you asking for a refund and was not only denied, but the individual that I spoke to refused to take accountability and kept coming up with excuses. I shall not be buying from you again.”
