“Had a really bad experience with and accessories kit I purchased, kit arrived with wrong parts and some broken. Customer service was awful as they weren't willing to offer anything for this inconvenience and showed a huge lack of care towards this. Definitely will Not be purchasing any more after this. Overall very disappointing”

“Delivered in a timely fashion, all equipment present (platinum python kit ÷ viv). Everything intact & working easily assembled viv & set up equipment does the job it's supposed to & all as described You don't really want more than that so all good. Would recommend & personally use again”

“I placed an order recently and after receiving the order I found that my product was not fit for purpose as it was fitted with a european plug and there was no statement to say that this would be the case on the website and the photos used on the website clearly show a UK plug is fitted. I emailed the contact details provided on the website to make them aware and have been completely ignored. Not impressed at all.”
