“Considering 5 days ago the crickets I received were all dead. Every single 1 of them, & I notified you immediately, received a response requesting a photo of the dead crickets, which I sent immediately, & 5 days later have heard nothing since...Good job I've found a different supplier who delivered live crickets within 24 hours, who I'll be sticking with from now on.”

“ordered a few bits as a present for my snake to upgrade his vivarium. items took a while but it was the holidays so can't blame the company for that. arrived well packaged except a bag of lignocel that was in there had split down the back spilling some of the contents, contacted internetreptile who added some store credit as an apology (it wasn't a major spillage so i was just making them aware of the matter) all in all great communication, came next day once despatched and my snake seems to love his new upgraded viv!”

“The thermostat was spot on absolutely recommend it, it's worked a treat in not having to mess about with various temperature-related items. The instructions were quite difficult to follow used YouTube to set this up but absolutely recommend this and the price at that time was great too with my 5 per cent off!”

“I rarely review anything, however after seeing some of the negative reviews about this company, I'd like to share our experiences. In the past couple of months (over what I assume is probably one of their busiest times of the year with Christmas) we have made 3 separate orders with Internet Reptile. These all arrived faster than expected using the free delivery option, well packaged and in perfect condition. Whilst I can't speak for others as I have no first hand experience with the customer service team (the subject of many of the negative reviews) I can easily say we have been very impressed, and the only reason this is a four-star review is because no company can ever be perfect.”
