“I Ordered a crickets and all of them come dead :( I been told they are just frozen and they will wake but unfortunately they didn’t. Also I come to pick up the order in person and they says on the website they are open on the weekends at 10am till 2pm and when I come to pick up the order on Saturday nobody was there!? So I contacted them and they even didn’t apologize! They just says the stuff didn’t come and I can come a different day to pick it up! But who is gona pay me a time and petrol money which a wasted to get there!?!?! The customer Servis is very poor! Never ever again!!”

“After ordering RevitiseD3, Internet Reptile decided to send me Nutrobal. When I emailed to tell them they had sent me the wrong product, their answer was "it's used for the same thing". I'm sorry but I did not ask you to decide what I needed, I'll have what I actually ordered please and if this is what happens on a regular occurrence then I will not be ordering again as I've heard if it happening to others. However they did offer a return and replace hence 2 stars instead of 1.”

“I use these to cover the wooden bendy bridges in my hamsters enclosure (stops them trapping their feet in the gaps). Works well and makes the cage love lovely and natural too”
