“Ordered feeders, had to pay shipping because the store is closed, came with a total of six weevils and bare beans... pointed it out to them and basically got "too bad for you". Really sad customer service. Shop anywhere else.”

“I wasn't happy as ordered 100 large hoppers and received small. Sent photos to be told these are large just a shame being live food i couldn't send back. Would understand if it was I mistake on my part but I have been ordering from different suppliers for years”

“I purchased 100 large hoppers and the ones I received were tiny I emailed and sent photos to be told no they are large I have kept reptiles for years and know what to expect. Not pleased at all”

“Delivery was fast. Unfortunately the viv I had ordered was badly packaged and damaged. I cannot recommend this company enough. They dealt with my issue straight away and organised a replacement to be sent and the other one to be picked up within a few days. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you”
